With gpu market the way it is had to go prebuilt. When I got it. Like another reviewer the gpu was sagging bad. It is laying down in the picture so, so it doesn't really show how bad it was. First thing I noticed was the pci port was messed up with pins way more exposed than they should be. Will it even work I thought? It did, for awhile then it didnt. After confirming it was the pci port by using duck tape to support the weight of the card. If you have this problem you can switch the card to the other pci port. And it will work. Or send it back. I choose to keep it as I plan to upgrade mobo anyway. Other than that it's good. cable management very nice. Had to rob cables to install second hard drive but hey. I see pictures of reviews that I'm guessing have changed the colors of the RGB can someone post how to change them. I would recommend

Bought this pc like 3 weeks ago. Went from a cheap laptop to this. Highly recommend its so quiet and looks great. I was a bit worried when i ordered that the glass would come shattered as i read some reviews saying thats how they got theirs but the pc came packaged well. And came with everything it was advertised with, Turned it on and was super happy. Only thing was that windows 10 didnt come activated but went to cyberpower.com and they sent me the code the next day via email as soon as the opened. Definitely worth it

Loaded with a 3070... Great price!!! Best buy came thru. ..showing out of stock and we could one in a warehouse band got it for Christmas!!!

I just got this pre built. This thing is a beast. The custom build I was putting together had a lot of the same components, but was in the $1,700-$1,900 price range. As soon as this was in stock I jumped on it. Good thing because they sold out next day. It has pretty much everything I could want and all the components are great. If I had to pick the weakest, it would probably be the motherboard. I'll look to upgrade that after adding some more cooling to the top of the chasey. Still, I would highly recommend this build.

Purchased and returned 1 days apart. I was very hopeful for this system. I am sure I just had bad luck. I felt it was important to advise on what I ran into with this purchase. The cable management and the case were in great shape. I had a defective GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070. I have included 2 photos of what the screen would do or show while on. I attempted to troubleshoot the computer for 3 or 4 hours and no luck. Drivers would never finish without the card crashing. Best Buy was very good about the return and I am going to look to make another purchase soon. I am just hesitant to recommend this CyberPower PC after my experience. Hope this is helpful.

Honestly one of the best prebuilt desktops I have ever purchased and that it coming from someone who has built a PC before. The fact that it comes with an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 7 should be an instant add to cart.

It's a prebuilt, so expect minor issues and the occasional missing screw. The pc itself is great, powerful, quiet, and it came with a all in one liquid cooler. I can say that my purchase was beyond worth it with the current GPU crisis. Buyer beware! I got a good set of specs, but prebuilds are a bit random, you're never sure what you're gonna get.

Bought this as my first pc to avoid building one. It runs everything very well and I am quite happy with it so far.

I usually build my own PCs, but this time due to the pandemic and shortage of stock I decided to buy it, I think I paid the correct price, all good, except that the mouse came broken. the assembly came well, ready to use! and I am very happy with my rtx3070! Purchased one of their pre-built PC's through Best Buy but the first one had hardware problems. The first PC I received looked all good and everything seemed like it was ready to go but after trying to turn it on, it would immediately go to one of two screens. Either the diagnostic repair screen which would inevitably lead to a screen telling me that the PC did not start correctly, or a messed up gigabyte loading screen with pink and green dots all over. After trying to boot the PC up a few more times, I inevitably gave up and returned the PC to best buy where they diagnosed it as a hardware problem. A few days later I noticed that the PC was back in stock and as a leap of faith, I ordered the same exact PC again in hopes that the first one I got was just a fluke. Here I am now writing on the PC hoping this one does not cause problems down the line :)

I have been wanting to buy a PC for quite some time now and thought of building one myself, but then then I came across this pre built PC from CYBERPOWER PC online and bought it immediately. the specs are really great for its price (within my budget) and very reliable. Cyberpower really did a great job on this pre built machine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great PC. if I could give 10 stars for this, I would.

Have had this PC for a week now and I absolutely love it! Other reviews say it can be a little noisy which its noticeable but not to an annoying extent. The lighting is excellent and the temperatures are stabilized at under 75F while doing intensive gaming for more than a few hours. Performance I have seen a slight drop in performance at really high settings however that is more my fault.

Purchased this CyberPowerPC system (3700x/NVidia 3070) from my local Best Buy and am thrilled with the product and Best Buy's order/shipping process. Considering the lack of individual components available on the open market...this was a great deal which was readily available and shipped/arrived on time!

I purchased the system with Ryzen 7 3700X and RTX3070. The system is very well balanced. I love how all the components are of the good quality and CyberPower didn't cut the corners in choosing cheap RAM, motherboard or case. All the cables are zip tied and properly routed. Overall, this is how I would build PC by my own, if I could find a 3070 in stock.

Awesome Gamer RTX3070 Finally Some Legit Gaming!!!

My first gaming PC. So far it has been everything I expected. The only problem was one of my RGB fans didn't light up. The fan works find, it could just be a defect. Will be contacting Best Buy.
