This was my second CyberPowerPC purchase. So now both my kids have CyberPowerPC's. After looking everywhere, Best Buy had the best pricing and availability. Thanks Best Buy for your help in acquiring our new CyberPowerPC.

Starts up fine and all, will add more information when I've seen more use from it. But so far so good, packaging and shipping was good.

I hope I'm the exception on this rating as I have to believe others have had better experiences with this system. I purchased this online from Best Buy with no problems. Once I got it home it would not turn on. I ran through the Power Supply checklist (it worked) but still not luck getting the whole system to turn on. My first thought was to bring it back to Best Buy for a refund but, I really wanted the system to work due to the internals that were hard to get (e.g., NVIDIA 3070 graphics card). Additionally, Best Buy's site was now showing that these were all sold out. So, I turned to CyberpowerPC. After waiting two hours on hold with tech support/customer service, I got no response. I followed up with an online request for assistance and got a bot answer with a reference number. One week later I still got not response and sent another request for assistance...still no response. Finally 2 weeks later I got in touch with someone who said I could send it to CyberpowerPC. However I'd have to pay for shipping because they can't vouch for my packaging. That's the customer service part. Here's the QC part. Luckily I have a son who's in IT and he was able to find out that the problem was the Gigabyte Motherboard. Apparently whomever attached the heat sink to the AMD processor put a gob of thermal paste on there which caused it to ooze out and fuze some of the contacts of the board to the processor (see attached picture...this is after cleanup). My son took the processor out, carefully cleaned it, then put it on another motherboard...no problems...except now I had to get a licensed version of MSoft 10 which by this time was better than all the previous hassle I went through.

I was purchased this pc in march 5, and receive today, kind of fast in delivery. the computer look awesome with rtx 3070, also the spec is surprise me especially the power supply. hope there are more surprise to me,

For something you pay a lot of money for you think they would take the time to line up the ports. that hdmi port is completely inaccessible and I wont be attempting to bring it back to wait longer to use this. So far the PC runs fine as it should. I bought from cyberpowerpc 5 years ago and the quality and ports on the back were fine and upgraded to this beast of a PC to have misaligned ports.

Hello, I'm writing this review as an unverified purchase because my father and I went halfsies on it, He wanted to give me something really nice for Christmas because I've been going through some serious personal life events. It was purchased under his account because he wanted the reward points and to use his Best Buy CC. I was very skeptical about purchasing this PC, because I recently returned an iBuyPower Prebuild from this store because it was such a bad over all build I couldn't believe it. It randomly crashed, had a loose HDD bracket, and bad cable management, and even had a broken ram bracket. Ram was also put in the wrong slots. My options were limited. The pandemic caused a huge shortage, so I was mildly forced to upgrade to these specs, which was almost $500 more than my previous build. One week later, my CyberPowerPC arrived. I had zero sleep the night before. I am pleased to announce that this build is amazing. It runs games flawlessly. Although I am only on day 2 of this purchase, I have no doubt that I made the right choice. Especially after reading so many mixed reviews about build quality, DOA GPUS, long wait times, etc. This experience has been flawless for me so far. Cable management is clean. The case, though white, is easy on the eyes. RGB control is pretty easy. My only real complaints are the mother board is this genericish ASRock B450M/ac that is super small. I was worried about other reports that the vid card was so huge it sagged. Not my problem here. Everything is very sturdy, I just wish the MB choice was more user friendly because the firmware is garbage, though the bios is pretty easy to use. On the iBuyPower PC, I was worried that the bad naked ram it came with was overheating, so I bought some Delta T-Force RGB ram that's 3600 speed. The Balistic 3000 speed ram this pc comes with is no joke either, so I may keep it in there just for 32gigs. However, the RGB on the ram I swapped it out for really adds to the aesthetic of this build. Fans run loud but I honestly find the white noise hypnotic. It helps me sleep at night when I listen to Binary Beats on Youtube. I noticed it runs around 70-85 at the highest so far. A tad warm, but not crazy bad. This was when I was pushing Call of Duty Cold War on ultra with Ray Tracing maxed out, etc. It runs very fluid and smooth regardless. Also tested Diablo 3, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars Battlefront II, and Destiny II. I haven't delved into Game Pass yet, but this will be coming for sure. I don't know if a store employee called CyberPower to tell them of my struggles. If they did thank you. If not, well maybe I just got lucky. This is a very fine gaming machine. So far so good. Only time will tell from here on out.

Works fine, whoever built this for me left a tube of thermal paste in between my motherboard and my cooler master. I wondered why my WiFi didn’t work didn’t bother trying to fix it until now.

Runs everything I throw at it had some problems in the beginning with it crashing but seems to be good now

Received it today, opened the box, removed foam and found the GPU to be tilted!!! Very strange, it almost looks like the foam pushed it downwards a bit, the mouse also came demaged with its central too buttons pushed in all the way. I connected the power, brand new 32 led curved monitor and turned the desktop on, but never received any hdmi signal, changed the cable and still nothing, tried two other terminals and still nothing, also tried to connect it directly to the mother board and still nothing!!! I was so excited about this desktop but it turned out to be a horrible experience. I will take it back tomorrow and see if it can be replaced.

Awesome bang for your buck. Best buy also was able to get my order faster than expected! Great service overall. Also, PC itself looks amazing, and the fan isn't that loud either.

I have had my PC for about two weeks and everything works well. It was shipped and received by the estimated timeframe. Very happy with this product so far.

Amazing computer for the price in the current situation we are in. Computer started right up with no issues and is still running strong.

I can't say enough good things about this beast! It's my everyday work horse, and it never skips a beat!

The build I got came with a Gigabyte branded GPU and motherboard, Apevia power supply, and Crucial Ballistix memory. Visually, the system looked fine out of the box with no obvious flaws. Unfortunately for me, the graphics card was dead on arrival. When booting up the machine, the screen always got corrupted with random green pixels and then proceeded to a black screen with no other signs of activity. To make sure it really was the GPU's fault, I moved the graphics card to my main PC and saw the exact same issue while trying to run it. There's not much else I can say about this system since the graphics card was unusable in its given state. Getting a replacement would've taken around a month considering the GPU shortage, so I'll have to try my luck elsewhere.

Overall it's OK, I got a GIGABYTE RTX 3070 Gaming OC and it works well. But the ADATA SSD has an issue. It constantly runs at 100% active time and the response time is really slow, eventually system will crash. I replaced it with WD SSD and it's OK now.

Love it so far. It's beautiful and it came with an Asus gpu. So stoked.
