Owned for about 2 years now and I havent even cleaned it and it still runs perfectly, no issues and runs any game I like at the perfect FPS.

Good starter PC.. I have enjoyed it so far. It is on sale for pretty low price seems like now too.

Works great right away. The packaging was really nice as well since I was concerned about how it would be after being transported. Everything was packed snug so nothing rattled or came loose.

Easy to set up and works great out of box! I just got this PC for Christmas and so far it's perfect. No issues so far and it operates smoothly.

So glad I bought this and even got an amazing deal on! The packaging was great and came undamaged. The computer works great and can finally run games I was never able to before!

Works great! Easy setup and everything! The only issue I had was that one of the cooling fans screws had worked itself loose during delivery but I found it inside the case

@BestBuy what MOBO is in this machine?? Legit cant find anything besides gigabyte brand. Please help. Decent PC , Ive had an issue where it would start the boot process and not load fully wont display anything , RAM is seated fine, this has happened twice now. RGB fan for cooler is starting to whine on startup Will be looking for deals this black friday to upgrade that. Ive had this PC for about 5 months and can say for a prebuilt its good, maybe not the best. I seen on forums cyberpower customer service is sub-par so I definetly wont be calling them for anything.

I bought it for my son for Christmas, he really enjoys it. He uses it for games and school it was also easy to set up.

So far this pc is good on some games, but on some other games you will definitely have fps problems and need to lower the games graphics.

The performance is great. However, the first time I played Fortnite it kept kicking me out of the game. Come to find out I was hardware banned on a new PC. Could never figure out why. I contacted cyberpower and double checked with Best Buy to make sure I wasn’t buying a used PC. Not sure if cyberpower is building PCs with used parts or what.

100% recommend. Great value for the price! Looks amazing in person. When buying a pc, I advise to buy the 1 year warranty since PCs come with a lot of parts (longevity)

I wanted to buy a pc and I didn't really know what type of pc I wanted and I stumbled across this pc and I though the specs were good enough so I bought it and now I am gaming happily!

Arrived on time, easy to setup & when I had to contact IT about the lights not coming on they resolved my issue w/in 5 minutes. The graphics are amazing & the response time is insane. I haven't had a gaming pc in ages...now I remember why I used to love it so much. I'm never going back to console again & have already recommended this brand to all of my gaming friends.

I love my New Cyber PC and the setup. It gives me alot more storage and room to edit my audio and video. It has taken my abilities to a whole new level. Thanks for the awesome PC.

Awesome gaming PC! This review is going to be more about Best Buy than the actual PC. Out of the box, a component was broken causing the PC to power on but not startup. I took it back to Best Buy and they were able to get me another one no questions asked, they even gave me a $200 rebate in store credit since it went on sale since I bought it. They really do everything in their power to make things right. Will be happy to be a returning customer!

Powerful pc, great product, made by excellent designers

Nice system. I unfortunately had to return the first one I purchased because the case was damaged straight from the box. It was either a previously opened box or it came from the manufacturer that way. Either way, I got a 2nd one that was undamaged. The mouse that comes with this PC is located inside the case itself and I think that is potentially hazardous to the hardware. There needs to be a better way to ship the mouse. I had to take an additional panel off the case to remove the packing foam because if I just tried to yank it out it mostly likely would have damaged the hardware.

Great products! Will definitely purchase from them again! I love this PC so much, so far it has been able to hand anything that I have thrown at it. Plus it looks sleek as heck!

Loved this item. Gifted it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he is obsessed , he turned in his ps5 because he is very satisfied with his PC.
