The computer itself is overall good, however the rear-mount 120mm AIO that comes installed is inadequate for cooling the CPU, and it results in thermal throttling during heavy work loads. Once replaced with a top-mounted 240mm AIO and an additional intake fan, the computer runs great.

I just purchased my first Cyberpower pc few days after black Friday, it is ryzen 7 with geforce rtx 3070. OMG, I cannot believe the price is so good, it works awesome for me. It is so worthy. If you are a gamer this one is for you.

great computer works great and fast best deal ever

Since day of delivery, half of the usb ports don’t work and one is so loose that even the slightest touch from the wire will disconnect the accessory. I’ve tested to make sure it wasn’t the accessory itself and discovered it’s the port and not the usb connection. After 2 months, there was a corrupted drive upon update and gave me BSOD, needed to reboot. After over a year of owning this, I still can’t get the USB ports to connect and as a result, I needed to buy a USB to connect the basics: keyboard, mouse, mic, and speakers. Definitely not my proudest purchase. I should’ve just built my own PC like I did with my first and prior to this pre-build desktop. Lesson Learned.

This product was a good purchase for the price range I had available to me. It came in a timely manner and the customer service was on point. The computer itself works really well especially on the type of games I play which are fps games.

Ummmm… soooo…. It hasn’t quite been a month and we are on our third of this computer. The first one continued to cut off within the first two weeks. We called Total tech and they attempted to update it. (They always say it’s “needs an update”). That, however, did not fix it. We took that one back to the store. They were out so we had a new one shipped. That one arrived with two chunks of plastic broken off the front of the CPU. Took that one back and now we had to drive an hour to the nearest store to get another one. Let’s hope this one works. The customer service was amazing but the actual product has been a challenge.

This was a nice little pre-built PC,  a bit pricey, but it’s what you expect buying a pre-built. I just wanted to avoid the daunting task of buying everything separately and putting it together especially, with all the PC part shortages. Right off the bat, I installed more ram and a 2TSSD. I am playing GTAV on max settings and running 120 FPS, Witcher 3 at ultra settings, and war zone 2.0 getting roughly 120 FPS.

This is my first gaming pc and so far so good. Leds wouldn't turn on at first, had to take off side cover. Must have come off during shipping

Awesome price for 3070 prebuilt. Worked off the bat. Been a since bought pre built. Exceeded my expectations.

Quiet, sleek, power machine. I don't know much about PCs but this is surely an upgrade from a laptop stacked on a cheerio box. I love how soft the noise is from this and that it came with a mouse and keyboard. I cannot wait to use this for my art and my daily job as well as schoolwork & gaming for leisurely activities. As with all computers, you need a monitor. I'm using my sony tv and it works well! Packaged nicely, easy to set up.

The pc looks great, the reset button on the top changes the lights. Had to open the back and plug in the fans leds. It was an easy fix. Performs great. Got the 3070 vs.

Great product ! Definitely worth the $, I previously built my last pc but it had problems, at least here it is a pre built and it has amazing specs for what it costs !

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this pre-built! I was a little reluctant at first but WOW... this thing is more than I expected. It looks amazing, extremely quiet, and runs like a beast! We now have two more in our home. I highly recommend!

Truely one of the best bang-for-the-buck gaming PC I've ever bought, everything just work perfectly out-of-the-box without any issues, and performance is incredible for the price!
