The Pc work amazing right out of the box, the frame rates of Fortnite was well into the 300s. As well as there weren't any problems with the drivers and there wasn't any bloatware on the computer.

I bought this PC about a month ago, WHOA am I happy that I found this gem for the price with a 3070 and RYZEN 7. I play a variety of games and this PC works well and never has any issues.

This Pc is the best I've ever bought. This black Friday deal was amazing. For all of theses specs, I would recommend to anyone around the $1000-1500 budget.

I drove about an hour to the closest BB that had this PC. When the employee brought the box, there was a noticeable large rip in the cardboard box that I was worried about, but decided it was probably nothing. As I was unboxing, one of the computer legs popped out (it had already been broken, but was stuck in the foam. I was like "well I drove 2 hours for this thing (to and from), I don't want to return it just for a leg." So I kinda let it go and set it up and got it ready.. The computer itself has problems. Every little while, my peripherals (keyboard, mouse, and mic) just... stop working. I checked all the cords/cables and they were plugged in. Something is wrong with the motherboard I assume for that to happen. Aesthetically, it's a 10/10. However, I shouldn't have this many problems after JUST buying it. Also keep in mind the "App Center" that comes with it is BUGGED if you use Windows 11 (which comes with it...), you need to downgrade to avoid seeing a black window on your screen that blocks everything else. It was honestly just really disappointing to not only have the product come damaged but also have it have issues with the motherboard/PSU/what have you that makes everything turn off. Keep in mind that I only have a mic, keyboard, and mouse plugged into this PC. That should not overload it. I have a computer that I have every USB port filled and it still doesn't have issues like this. In the future, I will stick to building my own PC like I did the first time or I will find another brand to purchase a prebuilt. This was supposed to be a Valentine's Gift for my boyfriend, and it hurts that this product didn't live up to my, or his, expectations.

Juicer! Once I got it all hooked up and going it’s amazing. 240fps on apex, Cod and valorant. Definitely a must buy. 3070 is by itself 1k.

Good graphics card Good SSD Crappy motherboard Crappy power supply Crappy customer service. Good luck shipping your computer in for any repairs to cyberpower. RGB light controller stopped working. The flimsy 3 pin connectors at the side are crap. Had to plug directly into motherboard so the light could work. Regret this purchase. Should have just built my own at microcenter. not even worth $1000 of parts. Half the cost is labor because it's sure not the parts. lol

I bought the PC from Best Buy because I wanted it that day and they had what I wanted in a machine. It was pretty much plug and play straight from the box. I considered building a gaming unit but why bother, this has all I need and it was priced right. This is my very first AMD chipped unit. So far so good. Now if only my internet would improve (but that will be another review!)

Finally upgraded from my old Laptop to a Desktop Computer! It works great, and looks even better.

I was initially happy about this PC until I saw that none of the fans worked besides the ones on the graphics card. It runs pretty well, but the CPU cooler doesn't work. The graphics card is different from the one in the picture. I still like this PC but will have to spend extra money to have better ventilation, which I didn't think I would have to worry about coming from a new PC.

It pumps way too much heat, i have a smaller room. When I would start using it, my room would be 68 degrees, playing it for a few hours my room got closer to 80 degrees

I ordered this initially on November 13th but when it came on the 15th it was heavily damaged. The foot had been smashed inward and various components were disturbed. There was external damage to the box, and was most likely a shipping carrier issue. It was an easy fix though. I went to my local Best Buy and exchanged it for the same model. Now I sit with it on top of my desk and it is the best purchase I have made. The setup is super fast, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Awesome computers just got a new one today and really satisfied with the product.

Great Pc, just worried about temps. Probably upgrading the case and aio soon. Sits at 50c to 60c idle and get to about 70c-80c under load which is ok but I prefer lower temps. Aio on this pc is on the exhaust.

Works well there is a slight problem with and firmware because it’s using an amd processor with an amd video card. However do Love this desktop. Great with the trade in program My boyfriend Will always have top of the line computers. He loves it. :) Thank you!

Ordered this online as a gift for a relative of mine who’s been wanting to get into PC gaming. Box came in rough condition but thankfully the PC wasnt damaged physically. When we finally set it up we came to a screen with a bunch of green lines stretching horizontally across the monitor. At first i thought it may be my monitor or maybe something wasnt plugged in properly. But after research and reading reviews on similar issues, we came to the conclusion that the GPU was defective. Apparently it was a known issue on these types of GPU’s but yet theres a good amount of them in these pre-built PC. Maybe testing these PC’s should be done by BestBuy and not by the people buying them. Was really excited for it, only to be disappointed by something so preventable. Do better.
