This PC wasnt our first choice, but it was so good that we went back and bought another this weekend. Other reviews have said it better than i can, but it is worth it.

Loving this so far. May update more later on. This PC has a clean look. Hard no bloatware. Liquid cooler is keeping temps steady. Lighting is night. Overall happy with the rig.

So far so good, playing my games 1080p 144hz (monitor) and well no problems! Gpu stays from 45°c to 67°c (d2) so i highly recommend as a first pc!(got on sale $300 off)

I want to say I am very satisfied with this purchase truly is a different gaming experience I should’ve done this sooner.

excellent pc! so far everything runs great. the only flaw is a I can't seem to get the RGB lights to change. but that could be my own user error.

1 star Just got the pc like 2 months ago it was running great, and all of a sudden my monitor started going black and it wouldn’t turn back on. I tried dusting the ram, trying new hdmis EVERYTHING. It still wouldn’t work.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Horrible temperatures while idle. 93 Celsius on idle. I’ve exchanged it and thought maybe I got a defective one but, man was I wrong this new one is also having a high cpu temperature. Never buying cyber power again. Returning this new one today :(

Every time I turn on the computer it has the little black box in the middle of the screen “app center”. Apparently we need to pay geek squad to disable it or we gonna have to end task every time. If I had known I be facing this or told before hand I wouldn’t have gotten this

Happy with my purchase. The AMD and 3070 work flawlessly. Great bang for the buck. Had a similar pc with the i7 12700kf paired with the 3060ti and wouldn't process tasks as well as games like the AMD is able to handle with the 3070 bringing the game in graphic details. No upgrades needed. Benchmarks on components is on par for this prebuilt pricepoint minus the labor to build it. Running COD, Horizon, Tarkov, Sons of the Forest, and other games just fine along with video and photo editing, streaming, and other heavy tasks. Haven't noticed any lag.

Pc is nothing but problems! Not even 3 hours of owning this rig and sound keeps cutting in and out while gaming. Pc restarted itself during load 2 times. Last, no support on weekends……

Honestly, I just got this PC today and I have nothing but good things to say it’s absolutely amazing the graphics, And the speed are great, but I am honestly really obsessed with the lights.

I had a gaming PC that was over 5 years outdated and the power supply + motherboard died on my old, personally built rig. Since I work from home AND I game, I needed a new PC sooner rather than later. I spent a lot of time online researching to determine what sort of specs I thought would suffice. It all really comes down to price range versus the components you are getting. This rig meets the requirements I set for myself as far as the NVMe SSD space goes (1 TB); it has an acceptable graphics card that is at least better than current gen gaming consoles (PS5 & XSX) and should be capable of 1440P, 60 FPS gaming or 1080P 144 FPS; the CPU (Ryzen 7) is good enough to where it will not bottle neck the GPU (Nvidia 3070). My only thought would be that I originally wanted at least 32gigs of RAM (which this is DDR4 RAM btw) - But it's not a big deal, and if I decide I need it later I will just upgrade. Everything was pretty easy to setup, I only have Overwatch 2 installed at this time and I get well over 300+ FPS on that game on ultra settings - but it has pretty low requirements so take that for what you will. Rebooting the PC is a breeze with the SSD... ultra fast! The office I work in can get pretty hot but this thing stays VERY quiet and the temperature (so far) stays pretty cool. It's also visually nice to look at and very neatly put together. All in all I am currently satisfied with my purchase. If anything changes I'll come back and update my review.

I've been using this pc for like 3 months and its been working great. though I would upgrade the ram and storage later.

PC was quick and easy to set up. MSOffice runs on it really smoothly, graphics for gaming are plenty fine for my use. No complaints here so far after a few weeks. Only issue I had was the mouse left button was sticking and they wanted the whole PC returned to swap it out, but great support from Best Buy found me a replacement.

Great specs, but not great performance. Bought 2 for Christmas gifts, one worked, one didn't. CyberPowerPC customer service answers the phone, but the requirements to even attempt to do anything under warranty are an absolute nightmare. Both systems had issues, one stick of memory was defective on the 1st machine, along with a cracked case and general errors while running. Graphics card also had issues. Other system had 1 stick of ram that was defective and you can't change the lighting or t urn it off. Default is apparently blue. Kept 1. Returned the other. Poor quality control, impossible warranty repair... even within 1st 30 days of ownership. Both systems were packaged and had same features, different parts of lesser quality. . Ok budget system. Unknown what manufacturers supply various parts. Still recommend if on sale. And if you already plan to scrap the ram.
