The computer is great. Everything came working, I did check to make sure all parts were there and everything booted correctly. It looks great, super quiet and you're able to add later on. The only think I wish they could do better with are the RGB stuff, they look great, but it just has a dedicated button to change the colors and that you can't change things individually.

This is my first PC purchase and it is the most excited I have felt ever buying a system. With a team of friends walking me through the process I have managed to put together an amazing pc with the base start of a prebuilt CPU. The product works and performs as needed and I amazed at its speeds.

computer works great no damage to system plays any game I've played at it only complaint is that the computer gets very hot I was able to fix that issue by wiring in 3 additional exhaust fans and had to add 2 Sata 1 tb SSD drives due to the lack of storage i would buy again from Cyberpower

I play mainly apex and first person shooters and the first thing that jumps out at me is how smooth the games are and how high the fps is on all of them. This thing is super powerful and takes gaming to the next level. Pretty easy to set up too.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. This is my first gaming PC purchase, and I don't think I'll be able to go back to console gaming after this. This system is able to smoothly run the most demanding modern games on ultra settings at good temperatures (as long as ray tracing is off or on low settings.) I had a problem with the screen going black and a red light appearing on my graphics card after heavy gaming. I thought I was going to have to return it, but I realized that the pins that plug into the graphics card weren't pushed in securely. After plugging them back in correctly, the PC has functioned like a dream. All in all, I'm glad I made the purchase. Especially for the sale price I was able to grab it for in November.

This pc is very nice. It runs super well. This was a great buy, even though it’s a prebuilt. It is the only way to get new gpus now. I would totally recommend this.

As my first Gaming PC purchase, I've really enjoyed my time with it so far. It seems powerful enough to run 1440p on high/ultra settings with a high FPS on most games from what I've tried so far. There's a few things a PC noob like myself needed to look up learn when setting up and maybe some more beginner tips would be great but overall a great experience so far.

Out of the box it needs some work. This is common from PCs slapped together. This is my 3rd time buying a prebuilt. Cheaper especially if you get it on sale compared to buying all the parts.
I’m a computer guy so it’s easy for me to fix anything that’s wrong. For a common person who doesn’t know PCs you may run into problems depending on how lucky you are.
This PC has cooling problems out of the box.. Case is very restrictive, had to reseat CPU with new thermal paste and upgrade the AIO in order to be worry free. Also my GPU has coil whine but hopefully it will go away in due time.
Other than technical problems, this PC blows everything out of the water on 1440p.. Very satisfied..

computer is nice with decent build quality for being a prebuilt only problems was they advertise ram running at 3000mhz but xmp wasn't enabled in bios so was only running at 2666 but and pbo was disabled but those are easy fixes but people who dont know about pcs wouldn't know to do it so they would lose some game performance because of it but other than that everything was pluged in right with good cable management

So far so good! I got it for Flight Simulator 2020 which is a huge game that requires a hellacious GPU. This one seems to be able to run it no problem.

Bought on sale and easy plug and play. Make sure you check all cables are connected. Good price because of the covid inflated gpu prices and one of the few ways to get a GPU nowadays.

From what I remember, specs:
Mobo: Asus b550 something not sure.
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: Asrock Radeon 6700XT
Ram: Crucial Ballistic 16 GB ram
PSU: not sure
AIO: Cooler Master 140/120 mm I think
KBM is trash, the keyboard looks mechanical, but is "semi-mech" whatever that means. I already had good peripherals: a Razer keyboard and a Logitech mouse.
Actual review:
Recently my pc stopped working and I came to Best Buy to get it repaired. After a few days, We came in-store again and they told us we couldn't get it repaired and we would get store credit, and this was the only pc they had for in the price range. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had a G-sync monitor and was hasty with the purchase. I decided once we got the pc I would wait till the RTX 3070 version of this pc came out and return this pc. In the first two days, the GPU stopped working and it would not display my secondary monitor, just my first one. I was trying to get into the Radeon display settings and it was not there. So I went to the task manager to see the GPU was not there. This confused me as my display port was connected to the GPU and showed a display but the GPU was not there. To be fair, the pc isn't terrible for its specs, I probably just got unlucky. For those who have a freesync monitor, this is not a bad purchase, this was just my experience, that is why I'm giving two stars not one. I am disappointed with CyberPowerPC as the first pc I got was great. This was not the best. Also, I see a lot of people saying to add more fans, so do that, it does run pretty hot, and the mobo is pretty bare minimum so replace that too if you want to.
