This company has a quality control issue. The first one had a defective cooling fan so I exchanged to a second one. Now the usb ports are randomly disconnected, which is really annoying. Although the PC is very fast and quiet, I don't want to waste my time with these annoying problems.

I bouth this pc a year and two weeks ago, ive had very minimal problems with it, id have to restart it and mess with the graphics card every now and then,. Three days after the warranty is up it just completely stops showing anything on the screen, of course it had to be after the warranty was up, so if you want a prebuilt pc you will have to swap parts into by all means get this one, but if you want a solid high performance with the guaranteed option of a hard drive i would look elsewhere.

Got this PC and am totally in love with it. Great specs, a little pricy but if you were to build it w the specs that it has it would come out to more, so it's worth it. Highly recommend.

I will be returning this tomorrow. Bought 11 days ago and problems since got it home. The monitor stops working, keyboard has no power, and mouse quits. going to Cyperpower website is complicated and no easy answers. I expect a brand new computer to work. see you tomorrow BestBuy

The PC worked great until the return period was over and it stopped working. CyberPowerPC has absolutely ZERO customer support. It's basically a paperweight now and the only support you get from CyberPowerPC is an automated email. It's been weeks.
