Build quality is terrible. I bought this PC for the engine, not the body, so I didn't care how ugly the case was, but its build quality is just unexcusable. This is the worst PC case I've ever seen in both design and quality. Makes me wonder about the rest of the build.

Turn the pc on and it died after 10 seconds. Worst experience ever. The only thing this pc had going fo was the processor and the graphics card everything else was cheap af. I don't recommend buying one.

My worst experience with Best Buy ever. I bought this for my kid on Black Friday for Christmas- this exceeded 30 days. The computer worked ok for a little bit, now a red light shows on GPU and screen blacks out, only comes back on with a restart. It happens all the time. I’ve tried updates, rolling back firmware, updating BIOS, changing cords- nothing works. Cyberpower won’t do anything, Best Buy won’t do anything and I am stuck with something my family hates. It’s my fault for buying it. I will never shop at Best Buy again, you might as well buy from the pawn shop with the level of support offered.

Worked for three days then started crashing randomly. After days of diagnostics and phone calls, it turns out the GFX card is bad. I have to return it, wait for another while I get no work done, then hope the next one is better.
I did learn a lesson though. I'll Just go to a PC retailer and not the Walmart of electronics.

Had problems with this computer almost immediately purchased geek squad and it was fixed for about a week and a half . Quit again at ten o’clock the last day that I could return it. I will try to return but am betting it will be a tooo bad.

DO NOT BUY!! Worked for 3 months, then randomly black screened but computer stayed on. Sent it to manufacturer for repair (which took 2 months) and when it came back, it crashed again within 1 hour of turning it on.

I bought this computer about a month ago, at first I was impressed of how fast it arrived but then I starting having problems as soon as I tried turning it on. Took it to Best Buy and they told me to contact Cyberpower without even trying to see what was happening to it. After sending it off and waiting 3 weeks I just got it back repaired, for now is working excellent and I hope it stays like this as I payed 1900 for a PC with the 3070
