The performance overall is good but there were a few issues. My SSD card was defective and I had to send that in and purchase a new one myself. Also 2 of the fan lights don’t work at all.

The Product was packaged and shipped well. While online there was know knowledge to determine the exact power supply it would have i was happy to find out it was an 800watt power supply. It warned in the setup manual that some cords may have been unplugged during transit and after much testing and research i was able to find out my graphics card was slightly loose thus causing the issue of it not starting up. Additionally there was a small candy wrapper inside the back of my pc (Near the power supply behind motherboard. Otherwise so far the pc has been working great happy so far! will increase or decrease rating in a few months if all goes well!

This is my first prebuilt gaming PC. Overall a good purchase. Sucks that prices have gone up due to COVID which can’t be helped. Only slight downside is the airflow. I installed 3 more fans on it to keep it better regulated. Only has one small slot at the front of the top to intake air. Also I had to drive over an hour to go get this since there are only a few around. When I get home and take it out of the box it is in near perfect condition. The back panel has a slight bow to it. Like it had been slightly squashed. I did have a small issue inserting the dp cable due to this. Was not worth driving another hour to replace it. The keyboard and mouse it comes with are pretty good. Overall a good purchase that I am happy with. Let’s me play fps games like over watch and apex with no problem!

Have to leave the case door open when playing or it gets too hot and games trip out. Plays anything max graphics usually 144fps

The product is excellent, despite Best Buys customer service. The computer was ready to go, as spec'd,out of the box and performs well. I'm very impressed with the build quality, cable management, and overall design.

best gaming pc i have ever bought. it runs very silent and i have no issues with performance. it is build solid. only thing is i wish i could get a different front cover that is more open.

Bought it a few days back, initial setup is easy. On start it sounds a little noisy, but I guess its bearable. I am going to use this basically to play games (streamed via xbox as well as on the PC itself) as well as to do hardcore programming. Hopefully will update the review in a couple of months from now. One this I did notice was that nowhere on the web was there any information about the motherboard on this system.

Bought this for my girlfriend and thought it was just crappy pre built but this thing is a beast of a PC for gaming and everything else.

Great gaming unit! The 1TB hard drive will get eaten rather easily, but fortunately quality exteranal hard drives are reasonably priced.

Hard to find a good GPU in these troubling times and this is all I need to play the games I love. Worth the investment.

If you receive a well put together Cyberpower pc it works great. I've now had to order two yes two towers be cause the first one would get up to 117 degrees Celsius and shut down. it was scuffed and pieces inside the tower were loose and hardware was loose and the LED cables were not hooked up. Now the second tower works great but... the tower case is damaged which prevented me from opening up the side panel. and LED cables still not hooked up. I like Cyberpower PC but the care and attention to detail is not so great. they need to work with the vendors to ensure that their products are not getting damaged after order. Bestbuy on the other hand has terrible customer service and satisfaction. they don't try and correct their mistakes. will never buy a pre built PC from them.

Nice PC. Very fast. Memory speed is actually higher than advertised at 3200. Intend to dual boot with Linux.

Very good pc! Ran smooth out of the box. I play 1.8.9 minecraft pvp, valorent, and genshin impact and all these games ran with not lag and more than enough fps. It also comes with a keyboard which is membrane which is good for some people because its very quite and the rgb isn't that bright and a mouse which is also pretty good.

Quick and ready to go. Excellent tower to go with right now with as hard as everything is to find.

can turn off RBG or make static color. Window 11 is joke. Can only do automated back up to one drive. Will not allow me to back to external hard drive like Windows 10. If you use slide show for back ground, it kind of flashes once the picture changes.

So far, it is a great machine! So much faster than my hand-me-down from the husband.

Absolutely love it! Nothing was damaged in shipping & it was a quick and painless setup.
