Great Pc haven’t ran into a game or vst that gives it a problem

Purchased a CyberPowerPC from BestBuy around Christmas 2021. Packaging was excellent, not a single component was out of place or needed adjusting prior to booting it up. Completely seamless first boot and it was up and running in no time. I've built 10+ gaming rigs over the years but with two kids now I decided to go the simpler route with a pre-built and was not disappointed.

I was researching alot and since graphic cards are so expensive at the time I was watching for a deal. I purchased this on sale for $200 less. It is an excellent gaming computer. I would recommend this PC to anyone. It is neat, clean and easy to reach the inside components if necessary.

So, how do i change the rgb on the fans? I see that everyone is able to do it and yet, wont say how. Please help cause i literally searched everywhere and still found nothing.

Ive had to get three different computers so far. They keep arriving broken. 1st time was obviously shipping damage, 2nd was obvious assembly damage. They broke off pins from the mother board while installing the ram and still sent it to me. The computer seems to run ok from what Ive been able to use but i wont know what the working product can do untill i get it.

This is a good computer overall. I do not like the fact that I can't turn off or change the LED lights on the fans. The software doesn't work and it appears to be a hardware issue or is not set up. The LED color changes and spins. Other computers let you change it to a solid color or turn off when trying to sleep.

I love it. The PC effortlessly handles all the games i want to play and more. I highly recommend this brand based on the quality and specs.

keyboard was broke when we opened it and best buy refuses to replace.. not happy

I was hesitant to spend this type of money at first but seeing my kids enjoy themselves playing is all worth it. They love it

The PC is well built and more cost effective than building your own given the scarcity of GPU card. Very happy customer

I don't leave my house anymore, as there is no need, i can do everything from this PC.

Right out if the box the computer would not turn on. The keyboard had power though nothing else would happen. Paying almost $2000 for a computer you would expect for it to at the least turn on and might I even say work. To be honest this was the 2nd one we received the first was another brand and wouldn’t work. I understand building your own is best though we are new at the computer gaming and thought getting a prebuilt one would be perfect for a newbie in the gaming world. Now we are trying another brand and hope it works! Also, might add we had the Geek squad take a look and they couldn’t make it work either.

Memory is fast and processed at a high speed. I’m able to play games without worrying abt frame drops.

Very nice product. Easy setup. Very securely packaged. Would purchase again.

Very good value for pc. Bought as a starter PC and will upgrade later on
