CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop Some Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x, GeForce RTX 3070, 1 TB SSD I have heard some bad reports about CyberPower PCs and so I was a bit hesistant making this purchase, however I am absolutely pleased with this PC so far. I am not necessarily an avid gamer therefore this PC is able to handle everything I need it to do work-wise with some occasional gaming. Also the fan noise was also fairly quiet for my usage even during gaming. A minor grip I have with my particular PC though was that computer case/tower did have a minor dent and scratch to the front panel after taking it out of the box. Possibly through shipping this may have occurred, however it is noticeable. I have attached photos. So overall Performance: 5/5 Aesthetics: 3.5/5"

Purchased 5/18/21 and this machine has been a dream. Finally a 3070 GPU prebuild that was actually available! Runs everything I throw at it with grace and virtually zero effort. Gorgeous case design, nice RGB lights and plenty of room to add extra storage and RAM if need be. 10/10.

Shipped without delay and arrived in 3 days. Overall system is basic but clean plenty of room to add fans or change out the AIO to a larger one. GPU seems to be a bit random based on availability mine came with a gigabyte 3070. As others have mentioned you will need to enable XMP in the bios to get the advertised speed on the memory. Super simple to do however.

Bought this PC from CyberPowerPC. It was from the Best Buy website and they did excellent with the packaging. The computer itself is amazing and very reasonably priced given todays current GPU climate. Only downside is my GPU has coil whine, but other than that I can tolerate it.

This was a major upgrade from my old PC and it is my first Cyber Power PC as well. I picked the best hardware that I could find for my budget and I am extremely happy with the purchase because it looks great and it runs even better!

I was so excited to get this. Took it out of the box to notice damage. I tightened down the damaged foot. Grumbled at the marks from the unit being built on the case door. Struggled to get it to boot into windows. Finally did, then... you can see the photos and come to the conclusion. Computer looks great even though it doesn't operate. At least i get a 2k light show.

From the purchasing process, all the way to picking the PC up was a breeze. The setup was plug and play, as expected. And a huge bonus was it didn't come overloaded with apps like most prebuilt's! It also showed up a day earlier than expected. I feel as if the packaging could've been better with only 1 'foam' piece inside the case and 2 foam pieces surrounding most of the exterior. I do have 2 slight complaints with the PC though. Prior to purchasing, I couldn't find the motherboard specification anywhere. Also, a separate RGB controller or pc app would be preferred as opposed to a single button with only a few options for customization. Overall, I'm definitely happy with my new PC and would recommend CyberpowerPC if you're looking for a prebuilt. Also, the motherboard is an MSI B550AM Gaming

I bought this pc about a month ago, at first I was impressed of how fast it arrived but then I starting having problems as soon as I tried turning it on. Took it to Best Buy and they told me to contact Cyberpower without even trying to repair it. After sending it off and waiting 3 weeks I just got it back repaired, for now is working excellent and I hope it stays like this as I payed 1900 for a PC with the 3070

The computer arrived 4 days earlier than the initial expected delivery date and here are the components I was able to identify: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800x GPU - EVGA 3070 Motherboard - Asrock B550AM RAM - XPG 2x8GB RAM Storage - ??? some M.2. ssd Cooler - CoolerMaster 120mm water cooler PSU - Apevia 800W 80+ Gold This is the first desktop that I have owned in new condition, but as a former laptop user, this has been a very large upgrade to my setup. I have done a fair amount of research over the past year on PC parts to build my own system, but I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. As for the peripherals in the image, the keyboard I received is a Nohi 01 and I can't seem to identify the mouse. However, the quality of these parts are quite nice excluding the squeaky space bar on the keyboard. Even though the economic climate around GPUs is settling down, I still don't regret this purchase.

Good machine for the money. Top notch CPU, decent amount of RAM, good SSD, and an RTX 3070. GPUs are hard to come by so this pre-built system is was a great option. Also the OS has to bloatware added, so nice clean setup out of the box. Definitely would recommend. Keyboard and mouse are okay.

It's fine I guess.  I purchased this config mostly because I needed a new desktop and it's currently nearly impossible to get RTX 3000 series GPUs for a reasonable price outside of prebuilds, and I was also looking for something with an 8-core or better Ryzen 5000 series CPU. There are some decent parts here and some not so decent parts/aspects of the build.  Cyberpower did not have the RAM XMP profile loaded out of the box, if you buy one of these, go into BIOS and set it yourself.  But don't bother messing with fan speed settings, the case fans will run at full speed all the time because they are connected directly to the PSU using 4-pin molex connecters (weird, but then again, just OEM things).  And they are loud fans, I'd recommend replacing them if you are sensitive to noise.  The RGB is also not controlled via BIOS (despite BIOS showing RGB controls), but instead via a small daughter board, which is hooked up to a button on the top of the case that cycles through a few preset options with each press.  The screws connecting the CPU's 2nd/RGB watercooler fan to the radiator on my build came pre-stripped - kinda infuriating really, all 4 screws, various levels of strippage. Specific parts may vary depending on what CyberPower has in available when built, but here's what I received: Motherboard - ASRock B550AM Gaming running BIOS v1.60, mATX layout (this board is not available at retail as far as I can tell, seems to be OEM only) RAM - A-DATA XPG DDR4-3000 CL16-20-20 (AX4U300038G16-BWZ - heatspreaders are painted white, likely custom OEM to match the case) CPU - no surprises here it's an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X GPU - MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 3X OC - not too bad, has a mild factory OC, dual 8-pin connecters, large 3-fan heatsink SSD - Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN550 NVMe (WDS100T2B0C-00PXH0) - adequate, peak reads 2400MB/s, 1950MB/s writes PSU - Apevia ATX-PR800W, non-modular 800w 80+ Gold, eh, cheap, not a particularly well regarded brand, but it's 800w and got the Gold cert, so who knows, maybe it'll be decent Case - looks fine, decent selection of ports on the top front of the case, has 2x 3.5" drive bays available down by the PSU.  No SATA cables included though.  Cable management shouldn't be too difficult, the stock zip ties will likely be annoying to cut through and then replace if you need to do any serious work on your machine though. CPU cooler - some Cooler Master AIO liquid cooler w/ 120mm radiator, has some cyberpower branding so probably a customized part. My plans include replacing the mobo and fans/CPU cooler with something better, might grab a new boot drive. I'll ride the PSU until it dies, assuming it's not objectionably loud after I've replaced the case fans.

The computer arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Upon unboxing the product everything was well labeled and easy to follow. The GPU had appropriate packing so that it did not get damaged in transit which was great. My unit had a Gigabyte RTX 3070 installed with asrock B550MA motherboard and all the other listed specs. I was very pleased with the cable management of the computer for the price and am happy with the overall configuration and choices they made. I would recommend this computer as an easy way to just get to computing/gaming without much hassle. Also I was very impressed that there was no bloatware on the PC upon startup.

I bought this as a gaming machine for my son. It had great specs on paper - good CPU, good graphics card. Price was ok too. In the end, it was a terrible purchase. The PC worked fine for a few months. Then it started to crash into a black screen while playing games. I did a LOT of research and signs pointed to the graphic card. I tried lots of different things. I would tweak a setting, it would work for a bit more, and the revert to the same crashing behavior. After tons of frustration, and HOURS on hold with Cyberpower support, and months of wrestling with it, I sent the entire unit back in to Cyberpower. They replaced the Power supply, but NOT the GPU. When I got it back, it worked for a few months more, and then started the black screen issue again. I worked with the RMA to get it serviced again, but, through the RMA process, I got delayed with some personal issues, and exceeded the RMA period. When I asked them to extend it, their response was "sorry, you are now outside of the 1 year warranty window" and REFUSED to help any further. Worst customer service I had ever experienced for anything. Even though I had returned it once, and had an RMA active, since I delayed a few weeks, they cut it off. Based on this alone, I would NEVER buy another CyberPower product again. Poor quality, and ZERO customer commitment. After all this, I fiddled with more settings, and the PC worked for a few months more, then one day, it just stopped working completely -- zero output to any of the monitors. I swapped an old graphic card in, and it worked, so it was clearly the graphics card they SHOULD HAVE REPLACED. I refused to drop a single cent more into this terrible machine, so it's a coffee table now. All in all, of the 20 months I had it, between the issues and the time it was out for RMA, I had less than 10 months where the machine functioned properly. Insanely terrible for a >$1500 computer. I ultimately replaced it with an HP Envy machine which had better specs, and was cheaper (granted 20 months later). I've had zero issues with that so far.

The PC came with what it said, EVGA geforce RTX 3070 and a ASrock b550 board. i seen reviews saying it runs hot and it does but adding fans will help with some that. overall i was wanting to build a pc but with the shortage of graphics cards i went the pre build way and not bad deal

Haven't got to use it much, but it's very fast. just have a couple of issues to workout with Cyberpowerpc like activation of Windows 10. I gave up on building one myself because you can't find parts. Plus, this pc would cost a lot more to build with same specs.

System is for the most part as advertised Pros: Fast shipping through Best Buy, came in 2 days early Pretty much one of the only ways you can get a RTX card in this climate Case is quite easy to build in Low temps Cons: Case came dented and cracked, feels a little cheap Stock fan curves are too loud, but its an easy BIOS fix You will most likely receive any random version of GPU they have Ram clocked in at 2666Mhz OEM mobo - AsRock B550AM All in all, I think its a decent buy, especially in this climate, will need to replace some stuff, like the lackluster case. I'd say go for it.
