With how crazy it has been getting GPUs I decided to pull the trigger on a prebuild. After TONS of research I landed on CyberPowerPC and I am very happy I did! My PC has ran flawlessly and I got a ton of bang for my buck. I'd definitely recommend CBPC to anyone who is looking to get a prebuild.

Honestly never thought I would buy a PC from a system integrator, but with the price of GPUs being what they are... I had to do it. It was extremely convenient, but the price could have been better.

The parts at “msrp” price ended up being about a 200/300 premium over shelf total. It was the only way to get a graphics card at the time. Other than that the machine it self is great. Would probably change the power supply and ram. After I did that it would stop crashing.

On paper the specs are great along with it having actually been in stock while I was looking. However, the r7 5800x is already a very hot chip, the cooling solution and poor ventilation of this case do not do it any favors. For my use case I ended up undervolting and underclocking the cpu and removing the front panel from the case to keep the machine running cool (I added a dust filter over fans/gap). It does look like there is room for a 240/360 rad on top or front so would recommend replacing cpu cooler or adding a few case fans. All that into consideration, it has an easy upgrade path due to CyberPower using all nonOEM parts.

I had some flaws with the pc. I had to send it back because there were complications. They seemed to fix it, but it was temporary and the problem came back. Remarkably timed right when my warranty ran out. When I replaced the cheap motherboard the computer runs perfectly fine now. Just was not fun to have to find and pay a lot of money to a 3rd party to have the computer work.

This pc is amazing, the only thing that might be an issue is the air circulation but that easily fixable by installing more fans.

Ordered my PC through BestBuy. In terms of shipping time, I was very satisfied as it came in 9 days after I placed the order. The PC came in perfect condition with all the right specs. 10/10 would recommend for those looking for a prebuilt PC.

it looks like CyberPower sold a refurbished device as new.
brought it home would not power on. opened the case, which was bent to a point where it would not go back on without effort. One of the pins on the motherboard was bent at a 45 degree angle.
The motherboard ergonomics were crap. 2 card slots, and to get to the NVMe slot you have to remove the video card.
Talking to Cyberpower tech support they offered to repair the device if I shipped it to them. That's a hard NO, I can see repairing if i used it for a year, but repairing a fresh out of the box install?? no. cross ship me a new device at your expense and i'll send the dead one back.
on the plus side it had an EVGA video card, and best buy took the return back quickly
