Bought this from a store location and right out of the box the bottom fan on front the lights wouldn’t work. I was fine with that I figured I’d just tend to it later. Got it all set up downloaded warzone and after playing one game and getting into a second game the whole computer turned off on me. I had to turn the switch on the back off and wait a few minutes for it to finally come back on. Well I opened the side door thinking I’d give it more air flow and it did the exact same thing only it wouldn’t turn back on. So the next day I took the computer back to swap for another. They didn’t have one in stock so I just had them order one and ship it to me. I just got it today and straight out of the box the same exact light isn’t working and now the cooler master rgb lights don’t work either. Plus the front cover is broken. I absolutely cannot recommend spending 2k on this computer. It seems as if they’re mostly faulty considering 2 of 2 have had issues right off.

Best value for money pc available , easily upgradeable , easily customizable , i bought this pc back in 2021 and it still runs just like the day i first turned it on , i was able to upgrade to ddr 4 ram and also a brand new corsair cooler for my pc , can easily run big games without any issue whatso ever , i would totally recomend this to a friend or family member , and i would most def buy another cyberpower pc product

Got it and was damaged. Internals seem fine but outside bad.

Pros: -My unit came with an EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA which I love. -Ryzen 5800X is a great CPU. Cyberpower could have made the 5600X included for a more affordable price for people. Cons: -Motherboard is a Gigabyte OEM B550 motherboard that apparently even Gigabyte doesnt sell to the public. Looks like this board is only sold to system integrators and unfortunately has zero bios support outside of speaking with Cyberpower PC. -XMP wasn't on so the RAM was not running at its full 3200MHz speeds. -The case was ok, but could definitely have a better case with airflow in mind. Final Thoughts: This computer gets the job done. You can play games on high to Ultra with great FPS numbers. If youre looking for a system with RTX 30 series cards, these pre-builts are hard to pass up with how the aftermarket is with cards alone. I would recommend for the GPU/CPU combo alone. I will eventually replace the motherboard, AIO CPU Cooler and case for something that will make sure I have zero issues with temperatures.

I just picked this up yesterday. I am hesitant to write a positive review because I have read about so many bad experiences. So far so good here. I couldn't be happier really. The fans are a bit loud but I work with high performance CADD computers all day so I am used to that. A few things to note for improvement so far: 1. Fix the gpu sag. It looks cheap when you leave it like that. 2. Consider updating the product description. I actually have 3200 MHz ram and in the description on the box and the website it states 3000 MHz. This worked out for me this time but it's important that people know what they are getting. And yes I actually checked, the sticks are legit 3200 MHz. 3. Consider adding fans at the top of the case for exhaust. I have a difference of -5 degrees C of gpu/cpu temp when I just open the door. 4. It comes with a wifi antenna which is nice but I would consider using a better wifi card. This is a $2,000 computer. Those changes would minimally impact the production cost but significantly improve the consumer confidence. I hope this continues to work as well as it is now and I do not have all the issues that I have read about.

This is a well-built and well-configured system that does not compromise. This water cooling on this makes it quiet and games are just wonderful. I like how Cyberpower builds its products in the US and has no bloatware on it whatsoever. The reinstallation of my games was a breeze.

Quiet, fast, powerful, clean. Not bloated with factory software or apps. Easy to setup. Runs Halo: Infinite above 120FPS at 1440p.

Ive only got 1 complaint. it needs a couple fans to reduce heat. 2 in the top rear helps a lot. The case is a amethyst by the company selling the pc. The company website says the case can hold a 360mm aio in the top if youd rather go that route. Other than that maybe a sata drive for more memory if you use up the 1t ssd m.2 drive. Other than the extra fans its solid. Ive tested max settings in alot of games for 3-4 hours each. Before fans it ran hot. After i added a couple fans it runs cool.

This Computer will handle anything that you throw at it. The work that CyberPower does to make sure these prebuilt computers operate/function properly out of the box is not to go unnoticed. The computer is quite and powerful. I am very happy with this purchase and will continue to support CyberPower PC in the following years.

I got this computer to be able to run higher graphic games. Met expectations and was fast at everything I need it to run. However, there have been a few issues. A cable on the RTX 3070 was faulty upon delivery, and I had to manually replace it with the spare that it came with. Everything ran seamlessly for a few weeks, but at some point coil whine started to develop. Additionally, the entire screen occasionally will freeze or go black for a few seconds every now and again and will unfreeze after 5-10 seconds. Customer service has been responsive and helpful.

So far so good. Have not purchased a new PC in 6 years. Running fantastic, quiet. Does not put out as much heat as my other computer. The rep at the store was very knowledgeable and able to help me not over purchase for my needs and still get the end result I need.

Phenomenally built and packaged. Was incredibly easy to get working. Nothing came damaged. Everything seems to be installed correctly. It was clearly packaged with care so it would not be damaged in shipping. The components are exactly as listed. It's everything you should expect when you buy a PC: Getting it in 1 piece, getting exactly what you ordered, and being able to set it up without hiring a specialist.

the RTX alone is well worth the buy but this system is packed with loads of goodies.

Excellent gaming computer for the price. Graphic card is EVGA 3070 FTW. Can run all triple A max settings on 1080p and most in 4K. Runs quietly. I wish came with more storage, with modern games 1TB is not enough, but there is a second SSD slot.

just unboxed and working through set up procedures. the fan light is not working but the fan is functioning. could possibly be a loose connector. will follow up with more info when completely set up. packaging was very good and nothing was damaged.

To be honest, I was really hesitant to purchase a pre - built PC, but given the current GPU market I got tired of waiting for the prices of parts to fall in price. With that being said, I am totally glad I bought this pre - built! It can handle anything I throw at it with ease! I ended up getting the (EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA GAMING 8GB GDDR6 LHR) GPU and I love it! The only gripe I could possibly think of is that I got the (GIGABYTE B550 UD AC ATX W/ WIFI 802.11 1GBT LAN 5 PCIE X16 4 SATA3 2 M.2 SATA/PCIE CEC) motherboard, which I will most likely replace eventually. I also plan on adding a few more fans and some more RAM eventually, but overall I am pleasantly surprised. Overall a good PC especially with the current market, I highly recommend it!
