Very Upset with this Purchase. I think there is something wrong with the power supply because every time I am playing games within the first ten minutes the PC turns off. Geek Squad looked at it and could not tell me what was wrong.

When it arrived everything was screwed up, nothing was plugged in properly, downloads were immensely slow (downloading minecraft took 4 hours) and worst of all the case didnt align properly with the graphics card so I was unable to fully plug in any HDMI or display port wires, I moved the graphics card to all of the placements and none of them aligned, i could get just the very tip of the plug in there, enough to turn on the monitor, but it was such a loose connection that so much as the computer fans vibration would disconnect my monitors at any given moment

Waited almost a month for this due to me being overseas. Finally got it and was really excited, the excitement didnt last long. Upon opening the box I realized the power cord was broken, the ground portion of it, luckily you are still able to use it. After starting it up and ready to play I quickly realized thats not happening... because my GPU isnt working. I did everything i could think of. Made sure it was up to date, disabled/enabled it, etc... waste of $2000.

First off, this system is an exchange for a system with the same issue, I purchased the first system which came with an (unable to locate GPU code 40). As this is the 2nd computer with the same issue, I cannot recommend getting this computer. On a positive note, the agent who assisted me this time with the exchange was spot on, very helpful.

PC came without the mobo updated to use the 5800x. It doesn't say anywhere what actual board was used in it, can't update it. computer keeps crashing.

I ended up swapping the first one out because of a bad GPU and then returned the second because of a faulty liquid cooler. Ended up swapping to a different brand of prebuilt all together.

This has been one of the best purchases I have made with computers. Was looking for a superfast, reliable unit to operate cad, BIM, gaming, and film editing along with anything else you could imagine. All the latest software and ports with ability to expand in the future. Liquid cooled unit and very quiet compared to my past units. Beautiful design and the lighting is nice touch. If you can fit this unit in your budget, you'll have no regrets. Easy to setup. practically plug & play.

First, I wanted to say that the curbside delivery was absolutely perfect and easy. This is a great build that holds up well with the bigger games. The keyboard and mouse are great accessories that come in the box. It is extremely quite for how well it runs. I would highly recommend this machine.

Bought this bad boy yesterday to replace my 5 year old CyberPowerPC and this computer is great! Moved all of my files fairly easily and all is working excellent!! Super fast and quiet!! Would definitely recommend!!

The components in this pc are great! The power supply was better than I expected (Apevia 800 watt gold 80+). The gpu is a gigabyte. The set up for the pc was really easy.
