The Dream Christmas Present!

Got my daughter this for Christmas. So far it is easy to set up, completely configured and ready to go out of the box. I am happy with the purchase and my daughter is extremely excited to use it! This was definitely the right choice.
The only bad thing is the mouse seems to be a little cheap as it has a squeak on it as she runs it over the mouse pad. I don't know what that is about but it doesn't seem to affect the function. It is just annoying.
Overall very please with the purchase. Seems we got a lot of power for the right price.

I spent a lot of time researching the different specs of this pc to make sure it met my needs. It hasn’t disappointed yet. Speed, storage, and graphics are nothing short of amazing. I’m averaging 200+ fps on games like fortnight and warzone! Happy I made the purchase.

I've been looking around for a PC for a while now since my old laptop crapped the bed. I was very surprised this PC met my expectations. I am able to run any game that I have played so far on High/Ultra. Only thing I wished is it came with a remote of some sort to change the lighting on the RGB. I would recommend this PC to anyone. This PC definitely is a solid PC for the money.

It’s amazing. I played GTA V (with mods), Tarkov, Call of Duty, Fortnite and they all run smooth even at high graphic settings. It’s doesn’t run loud either. The case is very high quality and comes with dust shields as well. The only thing you’d need is to get 1-2 more RAM sticks if you wanna play very demanding games or run multiple things at once. The keyboard and mouse are not great but considering they’re free, they’re a pretty good addition. I researched into gaming PCs for 2-3 weeks to find the best bang for your buck and this is pretty much it, can’t get better than that for that price. Even if you try to build it part by part it’ll cost you more. Just an overall amazing deal for what you get. 10000% recommend

I would really recommend getting this PC. This is my first ever PC outside of an Apple Mac. So far after one day of purchase, I can play all of the games I play at top performance. Down the road I might increase the memory/ram, but other than that, this is hands down a great way to introduce the world of PC's.

I love my PC especially once I upgraded the RAM and maxed it to 128Gb. If I must find any cons honestly it would be Windows 11. I prefer Windows 10, but the OS was pre-installed since this was a pre-build config. There are moments the anti-virus software can be a pain, but overall this is a great PC for the price. A def recommend for those who don't have $$$ or time to build one from scratch.

Great PC for gaming, 1 Big Issue

I bought this on sales so I feel the value was very good. My son was loving this PC until I upgraded my router. He was utilizing LAN and then tried switching to wireless when we noticed there was no wireless or bluetooth adaptor recognized. We downloaded drivers, reset to factory, and tried talking to customer support but there was no fix. It was just a bad motherboard. Luckily it was still inside the return period so we exchanged it for another, its still on order so we'll have to see if the new one has the same issue. Another minor issue was that the radiator fan was loose and he had to tighten it to keep it from rattling. I guess these two issues do bring questions about the quality control process at the manufacturer. I will say my other kid has the exact same PC and has had no issues with it other than a couple random blue screens where we just had to restart.

Very satisfied with this high quality CyberPowerPC prebuilt! I purchased it for the Black Friday sale price and it was more affordable than if I were to build it myself. Been able to play my games with no issues at all.

Good value, **REPLACE STOCK PSU ASAP**
Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
If cyberpower responds to this saying "the problem is because you replaced the parts" that is simply untrue. The problems started when i had 100% stock components and went away completely when I replaced the PSU.
The original power supply shipped in their computers is so cheaply made that it will damage your other components. If you decide to buy, add $100 to the price tag for a better PSU. It's cheaper than replacing your graphics card, and you WILL need to do that if you use the stock psu for any length of time. Trust me, I would know... AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, swap the stock one out with a better psu. I recommend something by Corsair, I'm using the RM750e. Avoid Thermaltake, avoid Apiva. You get what you pay for, don't skimp out on this. IT IS VITAL. Even if your computer is under warranty, sending it in for repairs cost me around 300 bucks for shipping. They sent it back with new parts, and within 6 months the PSU and GPU were acting up again.
The rest of the computer works amazing, and even with the +$100 for a new psu their prebuilts are cheaper than basically anything else on the marker. 16gb of ram isn't a TON nowadays, but that's easy enough to upgrade. My desktop originally cost $1100 at base, plus +$100 for the PSU, +$75 for an absolutely overkill 48gb total of ram, +$80 for a 1tb SSD which I use for modern games to reduce load times. Not including repair shipping or new GPU, that's $1355 for a computer that will last me a LOOOONG time already, and still has room for PLENTY of upgrades in the future.
The PSU situation is inexcusable (if you don't believe me, check out the OFFICIAL CyberPowerPC discord. It's full of people with the same experience as me, or sometimes even worse. If the rest of it wasn't SO UNGODLY BANG-FOR-BUCK, I would give one star based on that alone. Even with that, I can't justify more than 2.
Hope this helped, stay safe and happy gaming :)
*This review was originally for the previous, slightly less expensive version of this model, (which is now de-listed) but the PSU is of the same quality and that's the important bit.*

I recently purchased this Cyberpower PC with the RTX 4060 Ti from Best Buy and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The performance of this PC is outstanding, allowing me to play all of my favorite games at high settings without any lag or stuttering.
The build quality of the PC is also very impressive, with a sleek and modern design that looks great on my desk. The RGB lighting adds a cool aesthetic touch that enhances the overall gaming experience.
In terms of value, I believe that this gaming PC offers a great bang for your buck. The specs are powerful, the performance is top-notch, and the price is competitive compared to other gaming PCs on the market.
Overall, I highly recommend this gaming PC to anyone in the market for a high-performance gaming rig. It has exceeded all of my expectations and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

My wife got me the a new PC for Christmas. I was rocking an almost 10 year old Alienware rig so this was a HUGE upgrade. Not top of the line specs but I'm an average joe that doesn't need the Cadillac of all rigs. Its perfect for the usage (WoW, FFXIV, Destiny 2, Fortnite) and will probably enjoy it for many years to come.

Best Performance/Cost Machine

I have been doing a lot of research with builds when it comes to cost/performance, and even parting a pc together, but have had a hard time finding something that suites either one, but this tower has finally ended my search. I can GLADLY say this satisfies my needs as a gamer for it's cost with the ability to upgrade when and if needed. I highly recommend this one if you are in between cost and performance pros and cons. Great Machine!!

I bought this during their black Friday sale, you couldn't beat the price.I first purchased this and went to setup, the PC turned on but didn't display a picture. The SSD indicator was not showing power either. Reached out to their customer service to see if they had any advice before I returned to exchange it. They got back and believe it was a motherboard issue. I ended up going back to Best buy amd exchanging and the new works great. You will have a hard time trying to price this out individually and save money. The value for this PC is great. Couple things to note, the first unit I got, had a PNY GPU with RGB, ASRock motherboard, PNY SSD. The replacement one I got, has a MSI GPU, MSI SSD, and a gigabyte motherboard. So your components could vary. I added another SSD and they have a tray where you can mount it. You will need to supply your owne data cable. Performance has been great, I can play games on high settings. I haven't used the mouse or keyboard soni can't comment on those.
