Best Buy made the return and exchange absolutely painless. The computer is great--very fast. I have had no trouble getting Windows 11 set up and I am still installing the programs I use all the time. The only complaint I have is that Best Buy specs indicate this box has 2 display port inputs--it only has 1 display port input. So I have to get a different cable for my second monitor. Other than that, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I've had a great time with this pc. The 4060ti is a great graphics card! This thing is a beast at all games I play. (Including high graphic games) The Ryzen 7 7700x handles everything like its nothing! I installed a program that tracks cpu/gpu usage and this thing is running around 20% usage on all my games! I recommend this pc to beginners and mid level pc owners!

The AM5 motherboard provides a good platform for future upgrades and PCIE expansions. The onboard 16GB DDR5 RAM is my one small nitpick, as it's 8GB virtual and 8GB physical, and I recommend getting 2x 16GB sticks to ensure ample memory for gaming and content creation!

Easy setup and everything came in working order. The mouse had a small part that needed sanded down to eliminate a squeaking sound, but once that was done, no issues. The keyboard is smooth. I got this computer after getting a recommendation by a friend. I also got a monitor to accompany this purchase. Sales rep Gina was very helpful in providing information and navigating me through my options. Thanks!
