Bad quality control, no store support to resolve

The Specs are very impressive for the price but the PC is poorly put together. Multiple cables were not connecting, and the SSD card was not installed. The PC didn't have the screw or support to screw the SSD card into in order to complete the install. I spoke with my local store, which naturally didn't have any more in stock, and they told me they have no control over their inventory and don't know if they'll get any more at all so the only option they gave is to return and order a replacement online. Despite having a "Geek Squad" in house they couldn't provide a screw to secure it. I ended up buy a set of replacement screws on Amazon for a few bucks. Terrible service. When I called to discuss the issue with Best Buy corporate, they told me that they aren't accepting any calls at the stores and hung up. I work retail and I would get canned if I treated customers like this, terrible experience.
