Great PC, Defective Keyboard

There were a few keys that won't work. When I brought it in to Best Buy to possible exchange it or have it looked at, they told me they wouldn't exchange the keyboard unless I returned the entire PC. The Geek Squad wouldn't even bother looking at it and said "we don't do that". I would like to know what they actually do fix!

Stay Away From CyberPower

I purchased on 11/29/24 but picked up in store on 12/17/24. It stopped working on 12/7/25...a year and a week after a purchase it and a week 10 days shy of a year after I picked it up from Best Buy. CyberPower won't so much as help trouble shoot what might be happening. Horrible, rude customer service and I would never recommend a company that sells computers at this price that are paperweights a year later. Read reddit threads about this company, there is a reason so many are negative.
