Benchmarks Cyberpunk 2077 ultra with overdrive RT 110 FPS avg. Ark ASA. High settings with DLSS frame gen enabled 70-80 FPS 1440P. When you unbox the pc you will see spare cables don't be alarmed the pc is ready to play they give you some stuff for future upgrades. The only flaws i noticed are poor cable management which you won't see unless you open the case and some components are cheap/ offbrand thats helps keep cost down and gives you the same performance you would expect from this pc so it's not really a con

This is the best PC you will find for the price. It will perform any task you need, it performs well in games and has a beautiful appearance. I also want to comment on one review from a person who left 1 star and voiced a problem with screws that were not on the motherboard: I don’t have one, all the screws are in place. Perhaps he came across a not very responsible worker who assembled his PC, in any case, you can demand a replacement. Also, the backlight where the power supply is located does not work for me, as shown in the photo, but only works along the front glass. But I don’t consider this a strong disadvantage it doesn’t attract much attention. Maybe it will work later or I’ll somehow find a solution to the problem myself.

9/10 Got my new PC. Set everything up, installed 4 games. Checked to make sure they all worked. I ran out of time and couldnt play. 9/11. Launched starfield, ultra settings, super smooth and great fps. Played for 30 minutes and the Pc just shut off. Figured its a bethesda game, it crashed. Launched space marine 2. 37 minutes it shut off and rebooted. Tried 2 ofher ganes same result. Im assuming a faulty power supply right out of the gate. Very disappointing. Going to be returning and building my own. Problems aside the PC is well put together, very pleasing to look at, and super fast. But none of that means anything if i cant use it.

Had a M16 laptop wanted better performance. Got this. For the first day it was spectacular. Appeared well built with clean wire management. Everything ran smoothly. High frames everything was great. Then- bsod every other bootup. Changed out RAM. Same problem. Returning it. Disappointing to say the least.

I order this PC on August 23, when it came it had chiped glass panel and it had BSOD every reboot i made. Try to get replacement but you have to return the whole PC to get something fix, or you can just return it. So I return the whole thing and reorder it. Waited 10 day for it to be delivered, but guess what on the delivery date, best buy notified me that i will have to wait additional 2 more weeks because they didn’t send it yet. Big disappointment from best buy and cyberpowerpc.

First Prebuilt PC. Don’t know much about PCs but I can say beyond happy with my purchase. Given there were slight hiccups with delivery. Package arrived damage due to shipping. Returned to best buy and process another order this time to pick up in store. Can’t go wrong with this build. Highly recommended. If this goes on sale in the future don’t think twice.

Was very excited to find such a seemingly great PC for such a reasonable price, so I bought it right away; however, it was nothing but trouble from the moment I opened the box. First, the minor annoyances: The moment I picked up the tower to set it on my desk from the box, I already heard something loose rolling around inside the case. It sounded like a loose screw, but I could not find it, so it was likely somewhere down among the cables. Cool, so my options were "Turn it on anyway and hope it's nothing important" or "Tear my new PC apart five seconds out of the box." Great first impression. Second, the case design looks good but is functionally pretty terrible. The glass for the case is two separate pieces, which naturally means that the two pieces do not perfectly align. While attempting to just get the packaging out of the case, I discovered that the side panel's mounting is very finnicky and the screws holding it on very cheap. If you don't mount the side panel back on exactly perfectly to the millimeter, you will end up with an obnoxious gap between your two glass panels (see the picture.) There was also no software included to adjust the RGB, which is fine except that going into the BIOS revealed there was also no easily identifiable controls for the RGB there either. I'm not an expert, so perhaps they were hidden away somewhere, but no settings in the BIOS that I saw had any effect on the lights, leaving the buttons on the case itself as your only option for adjusting the RGB, with their pre-set options as your only choices. Bloatware sucks but going the opposite route and leaving your customers with no easy way to adjust basic visuals of the computer is wild nowadays. Finally, the piece de resistance: The PC ran well for about five hours, before Nvidia notified me the GeForce driver had an update available. I made the "mistake" of clicking yes and restarting after the install... Only for the PC to open straight into a Blue Screen of Death. Restarted again... straight into another BSOD. Queue the "Critical Process Died" loop, probably due to the driver update becoming corrupted somehow. All attempts to address this issue with system restores and repairs failed, and the only solution proposed was to literally do an entirely clean install of Windows from a USB drive just to get it running again. Less than six hours of use, and this PC effectively became a brick over a single driver update. Yeah... no. I returned it today, within 24 hours of picking it up. Save yourself; buy literally anything else.

Waited 2 weeks to receive the PC. It crashes on startup, update, and game launch. I return the PC and ask them to try again. A week later get another one - same issues. Really? For $2,000 I should be able to plug and play. Highly disappointing. If it worked, this would have been a great value.

Took 20+ days to arrive through purchasing online. Once it finally arrived (On April 1st LOL) I found that there were no packaging issues, no problems getting it out and hooked up. The problems started once I turned it on, as the PSU instantly started rattling loudly. I shut down the PC after a minute of logging into it- then started poking around to see if a wire or something was caught in the fan. It took some work getting the side panel off when I got to it because one of the twisty pins was stuck; it took a screwdriver and some force to get it off. I did my check and found the wiring was all in one giant ball so large I couldn’t get the side panel back on easily. The panel took 30 minutes to get back on the side, I had to rearrange the wires and even then the panel was slightly bulging, which I guess it was in the first place and I didn’t notice. It would explain why the pin was so hard to remove. Whoever put it together just said ‘whatever’, jammed everything in and made sure the panel was on one way or another. I was advised by several people to return it and that’s what I did. There are better options, just watch a few videos on the subject and you’ll find them- I’m regretful I didn’t to begin with and wasted all that time.

Everything is amazing, except I had to relax the entire software program after it updated because it would crash afterwards. Once I reloaded the system it worked flawlessly. I would have given it a better rating had they loaded the software that wouldn't disappoint immediately after setting it up. I know many don't want to do that or think they should when you pay that much for a computer. I only decided to do so because my young son was so attached to it out of the box.
