runs anything and everything ultra and has been great

So far no issues. Have had it for over 3 months and still works great and looks great! The only issue I had ran into is the graphics card is in a poor position to insert display cables or hdmi so I had to move it down to the second available slot. Which in my case was inconvient. But overall still a great machine!

Cons 1. Front fans were set to exhaust not intake (I swapped this around myself) 2. Front fans rgb not working, they were not plugged in (I had to trace the wires and plug these in myself) 3. Unable to activate windows (this has been resolved by cyber support) 4. Rear ports not align with rear panel. 5. Top of case has a misaligned edge sticking out 6. Wifi port screw is loose 7. Graphic card ports are too close to case edge. Hard to put hdmi and display port in 8. Fans are constantly at full flow all the time regardless of temperature For a 2k prebuild i didn't expect to have to call for a windows key from cyber power (Microsoft support couldn't help me) and have to fix rgb fans by reversing them and plugging them in, removing graphics cards and motherboards to try and seat them better. Cyber power have offered to fix this if i send them my pc etc which is a long drawn out process. But all of the above Cons minus the windows key are all items I would expect to have been checked before this was released. It must have been turned on surely before to check if it posts? Pros 1. Can handle what I want it to do (editing/ mild gaming) 2. RGB switch located on top of case (although this was not mentioned in any literature) 3. mouse and keyboard are surprisingly good

The PC was easy to set up run smoothly it installed and download of my games very quickly and was able to get started very easily over all it is a good inexpensive PC

My first gaming pc and it was worth the price! I got exactly what I asked for and only had one issue. The graphics card display ports were not operating at first.

Ease of use and setup was flawless. Great machine but would suggest longer cord on wireless antenna.

Already added memory and Hd. This is not for someone who doesn't want to tinker with it..

I bought this pc thinking it would be brand new but is was used already. It has a rust spot and a dent

this pc worked great for gaming very fast .but also ran very hot 95 c when gaming.

After going back and forth on whether to do a pre-built or build one ourselves we decided to go for it and were extremely disappointed. The build quality and craftsmanship is awful. Not only did it come dented in the front but we couldn't even plug in to the USB ports they were so misaligned. I do not recommend this whatsoever, just because its a best buy build doesn't mean you should be lazy and just slap it together poorly. We just got it today, will be returning it right away and building elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Bought this Desk Top and after a month of using it it broke down to the point it had to be shipped back to the factory in California. 4-7 weeks at a minimum before I get it back. It had major hardware issues? So now I’m stuck with out a computer and BestBuy could care less. Once they get your money you mean nothing to them. Watch what you buy from them. They’ll promise you the world to get your money and then when somethings breaks it’s oh well.

Great product, plug and play right out of the box no hassle! I fully recommend Cyberpower PCs from best buy and if you ever need to have support they respond right away and handle the issues immediately!

I just got this pc about a week or two ago, and it hasn't crashed on me or even lagged when playing games! I highly recommend it. The performance is pretty extraordinary and it hasn't made any slips up as of now. :) Also, when it came to me from shipping, there was no damage to any of the products!

Ryzen 9 3900X.....great!! RTX 2080 Super...only sounds good until you see that it is a stripped down version that's blower style with no backplate 16GB memory.....non RGB and sometimes a single 16GB stick is all you get and never Corsair or G.Skill (except Ripjaws) 1TB SSD...again usually a WD or whoever they have a wholesale deal with at the time....NEVER Samsung Motherboard and Power supply....this is the specs they don't openly list and there's a good reason why, it's because they are utter crap and where they are able to cut the biggest corners and maximize profits. Not gonna get an X570 board to go with your 3900X instead you will get a B450 motherboard from ASRock that's been stripped of a few extras as well. The power supply will be of the 600-700w non modular variety with ugly rainbow cables and the CPU cooler will only be a 120mm AIO. Do yourself a huge favor and learn to build a PC yourself. Ibuypower has a crappy 12 month warranty will possibly fail just after the warranty period ends and they are extremely rude and unhelpful at that point.

This gaming pc is better than I expected it is very good for gaming top of the line.
