You cannot be wrong with this purchase, although when I get it out of the box and connect it suddenly it went out, I only remove and put the RAM again and arranged, possibly one of them was lose during the shipping, the protection was extreme, I am happy with performance, you can go wrong with CyberPower PC take me almost a year and PC working like the day arrived

Managed to get a good deal on this bad boy. super fast and reliable pc would highly recommend adding extra fans like I did to increase airflow other than that excellent pc just plug and play.

I am happy with the purchase. I got this on a flash sale in bestbuy when there was $1000 off. I got my build with 1) An Asus Prime X570-Pro motherboard 2) T-Force Vulcan 3200 MHz 8 GB (2) RAM 3) XFX Speedster SFWT 319 6800XT GPU 4) WD Blue M2 SSD 5) Wifi Adapter 6) Cooler Master Liquid CPU cooler 7) Apevia 1000W 80+ Gold PSU The description advertises under Expansions 3.5" Internal Bay, quantity 2 and 2.5" Internal Bay, quantity 2 in the tower. That should have been 4 Internal Bays in total. But the Tower has only 2 bays they both are 3.5". Also, if you need to connect your SATA cable to the motherboard, you need to remove the GPU first as the 6 SATA pins are hidden behind the GPU

This is the second Cyber power gaming PC that I bought for me and my daughter. It's super fast and looks really cool at night. Definitely will recommend my friend to Cyber power if they need a beast gaming PC

My CyberPower PC has been fantastic and is super easy to run and works like a champ. Everything is plug and play and has been really easy to manage. I even upgraded the RAM already and it was very straight forward in installing 2 more sticks.

No issues. Amazing performance right out of the box. The hardest part was figuring out something that kept me from playing valorant but a little YouTube and it was an easy fix.

Absolutely amazing! Very fast and reliable pc. I did some gaming for a couple hours and everything seemed to be working well. Nice Asus motherboard. I replaced the ram with Corsair with RGB.

First Ryzen and Radeon rig I've ever gotten, very glad I got it though. Was on a "flash sale" for $1000 off. This thing is amazing!

I love this PC so far! It runs beyone my expectations. I was so happy seeing the FPS and quality i made clam chowdy in my undies.

The gamer supreme liquid cooled pc came in within less than a week, It was plug and play, I connected it to my monitor, went through my account creation and instillation and boom, loaded in. It came with no bloatware which I appreciated, and my drive was empty instead of the usual computer company's filling your SSD's with junk off the start. My biggest driving point was the deal, the deal on this pc was great and I suggest my family friends to definitely check it out.

Worst computer have ever bought. I spent over 1500 for this and three weeks later it crashed, wouldn’t play my games, and kept giving me errors. Best Buy wouldn’t give me my money back because I missed the return window by a week. If I would have bought it a week later, they would have given me my money back because of the Christmas months. I’m now dealing with the manufacturer and they are giving me the run around as well. I might as well have taken my money and flushed it down the toilet. Picture is the newest error message.

Happy with my purchase! The PC looks amazing and the build quality looks good.

There are multiple issues with this PC. It appears they attached the rear plate that surrounds the USB, HDMI, Sound ports. It looks like it was attached off center and blocks most of the ports. I have access to only one of 6 rear USB ports. I had to use one of the top USB ports for the keyboard. Also, the graphics card does not work with the any of the 3 display ports. It only works with the only HDMI. CyberPower Support asked me to download graphics card drivers and reinstall, which I did, but that did not resolve the issue. To fix these things I need to ship the PC back for a 15 day turn-around. I've had this PC for only one day and this is completely unacceptable. Less of an issue but still not acceptable for a PC of this price, the corner of the front of the case is plastic and has a couple of cracks. I purchased this when it was on sale for $1k discount, but still it should not have all of these issues. Will be returning to Best Buy for a refund and look into another brand PC.

My little brother loves his new gift, its a great starter PC prebuilt and it was a pretty good price. I would definitely buy this product again.

It's a good computer but it has a lot of problems about graphic overheating.

Great product for less than 2k. I added 3 rgb cooler master fans. Flawless on gaming with that rx6800rt graphic card.

Bad quality, it came with some dents, damages and bend parts and on the corners, missing antenna for the wifi

In terms of the parts that came in were pretty solid. It ran fine and could play anything or handle tough programs, but some of the parts came in misplaced like the GPU and Ram cards. this eventually gave me many problems with the computer turning off by itself in the middle of a meeting or not providing an image when I turn it on. It would fix itself when I reset but the problems continued so I decided to return it and upgrade for something better since I am not super techy to fix it and I don't wanna deal with problems with something right out of the bag. Overall the price was good but I rather pay more for something that won't give me trouble, wouldn't recommend it to a friend unfortunately

It is a fine build and i bought it when 650$ off. The parts matter are really good. This build has a 5900x / Asus X570 Pro / Asus TUF 6800XT. All are solid. The mediocre ones for me are the 8821CE wifi card, which is a little bit absurd since an AX200 card costs 30$ today, 120mm AIO and 2x8G memory, deems to be insufficent soon. The bad one is the unknown PSU, it could really put the entire build into risk. As for me, i still need invest another 300$ to upgrade the wifi card/memory/PSU.
