Customers value the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's performance and the good value for its price, especially when purchased on sale. However, some experienced issues with the graphics card, cooling system, and power supply, leading to overheating and other problems. Many appreciated the build quality and quiet operation. Upgrades to the RAM and cooling may be necessary for optimal performance.

Solid computer, if you have the cash it is fantastic. I only had 2 issues, 1 was build quality and 1 was ease of use.
First, the graphics card is huge has only 5 mm of clearance against the case fan. That seems like a manufactory oversight, they could have easily changed it to the front of the computer and have 5 inches and a more efficient airflow.
The second was the CPU cooler was initially not working, and the CPU was overheating on start-up. After turning it on a few times, it finally kicked on going from 90C to 30C. I still don't understand what happened, but they could've definetly added more padding to an almost 3K computer so that people without computer building won't receive a pile of junk.

Took 2 attempts: 1st PC was shipped and arrived with a faulty graphics card. I had no issues returning the PC to a local Best Buy. They then worked with me and I instead had them ship to the store for pick up. 2nd PC worked great. If buying, I would recommend instore pick up so that you can check condition of the PC before leaving.
1st PC had multiple bad signs including the following: Case leggings were broken out of box, panel thumb screws were screwed into the case and panel was warped (both of these issues were cosmetic but still annoying). 1st PC also had a bad graphics card (plug in to monitor and no display at all).
Because I didn't need it in a hurry and Best Buy was easy to work with to get a functional product, overall ok experience.
System for second PC works as I would expect. Plug it in and it boots up.

Great PC build, case was a bit faulty with the buttons but everything else was easy to set up. Don’t really like window 11 but it is what it is. Definitely needs more fans to keep it cool. Averages 85-95 degrees when running on high settings ,fixing the fan speeds has helped but it loud

I just got mine but I had trouble with the PSU. It kept crashing the computer. So I changed it out for evga and been working good. For the price when it was 1750 it was a steal with a small price to pay in buying a better PSU

This thing works pretty nice. It certainly has its complications that I will need to figure out such as hard drives, interchangeable parts, and the fact that this is the first gaming pc I have bought so I don't understand it. It has been pretty nice so far, and I am happy with my purchase.

*4 stars due to shipping damage*
I purchased this pc when it was $1,000 off on a flash sale. The parts inside are always a gamble on which manufacturer you get for each part, when you're buying a pre-built. I lucked out and got each one that I would have picked, had I built it myself. As for the customer service to fix the broken parts, the process was easy with no pushback and they got me taken care of.

This arrived in working condition, it has decent non proprietary parts and it sure looks nice.
The included SSD is a little slower than what I was using on my last PC but it is a TB. It also has a second Nvme slot so I can add a faster drive when I want to.
I have had 2 incidents where the GPU seems to have shut down leaving me with a black screen. In those two cases I have had to shut down the PC and restart. Hopefully that is a isolated thing.

I brought this product prebuilt and upon initial launch every thing with the product works just fine. I ordered this PC and received it the next evening, so the arrival times were reasonably fast. The system is quiet and does not produce a lot of heat. This system out of the box pushes ALOT. I have already tried a few different programs to run on the PC (both games and productivity apps) and they run seamlessly. I am glad that there are quite a few ports for expansion with this product. The only complaint that I could choose to have about this product so far is that there are some ports that aren't activated or being used (i.e one of the HDMI ports) and that can cause some levels of confusion upon the setup and even a little discouraging since I run a multiple monitor setup. Overall I recommend for anyone looking to get a prebuilt PC that can be further expanded on in the future without spending an absurd amount of money.

I bought this when it was on a 1000$ flash sale and i'm honestly glad I did, this PC is an absolute monster i'm able get 120 FPS at 4K in most games I play. When on sale this is a better value than building one yourself aswell as being much more conveinent. This PC is on sale frequently and is an absolute bargain for the price.

I love this computer! In all fairness I have made some changes. I changed out the liquid cooler since my temps were getting warmer than I was comfortable with, added a few fans and am trying to decide on more memory. Not all these are necessary but I enjoy tweaking things. I did get this on sale so the value was great!

Enjoying the new system. Did add a 2nd SSD and a sound card to drive my 5.1 speakers. Had to engage support as windows would not activate, but they quickly responded to my support case and provided me an activation key.
Video screams and the value when this was on sale was like getting the rest of the system tossed in for the price of the CPU and Video card.

I love it! the pc was amazing and with differently worth it, but my only complaint is that 1:even when I'm not doing anything heavy, the fans would start roaring out of nowhere but stop a bit later. 2:the RGB button was cheap and was constantly getting stuck or jammed. 3: I feel like there should be a bit more RGB customization. but other than that,it was perfect!

This was a great purchase. First of all it looks awesome and solid. Everything came ready to just plug in and start using. The whole process was smooth. It runs very fast as well. I wanted to build my own but that would just take so much time and involvement.

Love the PC. It is fast, quiet, great air flow, glass gets warm when playing for hours, but internals are all cooled off and no slow down. LED lights give it a great look to it also.

Bought this as an upgrade to a build I made myself and it is seriously an upgrade. Had to add some of my own fans to improve the cooling but overall a great purchase. 10/10 would buy again.

for the least youre spending 2700 for all these nice parts then you get the pc and its a severe letdown. at first when i got this it had 16 gbs of ram and i switched this out and it had to keep boot cycling, then after having it for a week it starts to have problems as in the gpu crashing when you only put a little load on it. then i thought it was just the gpu not slotted in correctly so i un plug the gpu from the motherboard and i re slot it and plug it back it now it doesnt even want to detect the gpu. i blame cyberpowerpc for what of a bad product they have gave to me. never buying from this place again
