Customers value the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's performance and the good value for its price, especially when purchased on sale. However, some experienced issues with the graphics card, cooling system, and power supply, leading to overheating and other problems. Many appreciated the build quality and quiet operation. So this computer came with apevia prestige 1000w. Mostly know as a bad brand on power supply category, I did jot know that at the moment of my purchase, make sure all tha componenta are the one listed. I highly recommend if you still buying this computer to pay for insurance, if not the manufactured will make you wait up to 7 weeks to get it done. Have in mine that there is a lot of cuatomer having the same issue with cyberpowerpc, but is not always the case.

First one arrived, and it was clear someone intentionally destroyed the computer.
Too bad for CyberpowerPC, I set up with the geek squad for an appointment to upgrade the system the same day I'd pick up the computer.
So I'm on camera never leaving the store, and never opening the box. HA! Got that exchanged.
So now the second one, it's okay, but I hate the windows 11 preload instead of windows 10.
I booted up Red Dead Redemption to it. All reviewers and gpu comparison videos state they get around 100 fps on max settings at 1920x1080p.
I'm only getting around 60, with a spikes below to 30 fps.
It's acceptable to me, since I've been making 20 fps work on an Acer Nitro 5 with Ryzen 5 2000u and Rx 560x, but to say it's a massive disappointment that it's not rocketing past everything is an understatement.
The case is breathing pretty well though, I guess. I got a Corsair iCUE H150i to replace the tiny AIO in the system, and even when running for 2 days, the system never got even close to as hot as my laptop used to. So I think the case is pretty good at least.
Also didn't like that I couldn't find any instructions or anything detailing the wireless extender that came with the system. I went nuts all night I was setting it up, until I was about to give up, and my brother came in, realized it was a similar mess up like his (Also a CyberpowerPC) and found the port to screw it in.
I got it on the sale for 1899.99, and while that's generally amazing for these parts, I'd probably recommend waiting for the Alienware versions to go on sale. At least you'd get the upgrades I spent far extra for, sans the AIO I got.

We bought 2 of these computers when they were on the deal of the day. 1 of them worked fine and the other was a lemon so we had to get a replacement. 50 / 50 percentage is not so great of a track record. My son seems to be happy with the one that worked fine. Unfortunately, since the 2nd one would not connect to the monitor, a lot of unexpected time and frustration was spent.

Amazing Pre-built, everything i was looking at the best price in the market. The video card is a monster, the sistem dont do any sound, is running smoth and fast. It was just take it from the box and turn it on, everything OK. If you want it can add two other more RAM and change the 120mm AiO for a 240 or 360, but even so the CPU is running below 50C

CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT - 1TB SSD
--- This computer is very stable no hick-ups, it is also extremely fast. 10 days after purchase I saw a 250 dollar price drop on it so I called Best Buy and they gladly refunded 250 to my CC acount. Computer is No. 1 & Best Buy is No.1 in my book.

I am a engineer with over 10 years working for a professional software company.... Don't buy this.... since day 1 this thing keeps overheating because the video card is not well enough cooled! it took me many attempts to find out what was wrong with this, the cables coming from the video card had broken pieces, you need to be able to diagnostic serious problems, I purchased 2 games computers from Bestbuy recently, this was the first and a i7 was the second... this one is bad! overrated and it looks like a test computer with all kinds of problems, I am furious with this, I got it working, but I had to practically rebuild the entire thing in a new case with correct fans, and air circulation scheme, replaced cables and everything so this could work.,... the manufacture tried to save money building this turkey, I had to remove the parts from this setup and build into another... they should have just charged the right price for the right equipment .... I am furious with CyberPowerPC ... and every chance I have to tell this story I will! .... Don't buy this unless you know how and want to expend more money to rebuild it correct... Bad manufacture! ... very bad experience!!!!

Well worth the price paid for, Had couple loose pin connectors that I had to reconnect for the CPU cooler LED and case fan LED. All components were high quality except for the 1000W PSU (Apevia). Computer boots up super fast (5 secs)

I saw this and thought it was a great deal for what was in it. Sure the Mobo wouldn’t be the best but the gpu and cpu alone seemed to warrant the deal. When I arrived, I plugged everything in and my monitor said no video input (yea it was plugged into the gpu). I tried DisplayPort and HDMI and did some troubleshooting of my own to no avail. Took it back for an exchange and we will see if the next one is a lemon or not. Expect an update next week.
