Customers enjoy the excellent performance and smooth gameplay provided by the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's powerful GPU. The system's build quality is also praised, but some users point to the need for RAM and cooling system upgrades. Concerns have also been raised regarding the case design and the adequacy of the included AIO cooler. While many find the price reasonable for the components included, improvements to the cooling and RAM would enhance the overall user experience.

Great specs in this computer! handles absolutely anything and probably will for a while. liquid cooler is meh, and is installed upside-down from factory. The case isn't great for getting air to your computer, and if your not careful you'll definitely damage your computer

Overall a good purchase however the case runs hot even with the amd version. I switched out the cooler for a h150i but it hardly fits. it now is much cooler, but it seem the prebuilt as a plug and play is poor value. with some modifications its been better.
No BSOD and no issues other than temps running high. Mine came with a evga 3080 xc3 which doesnt have a great cooler and my graphics card was running hot. After adding the 360mm rad instead of the 120mm and switching to high sp fan for exhaust, switching the poorly installed side fans to intake (they were orignally installed as exhaust for "style") it is running much cooler. I have yet to top 70* when playing whereas before i was getting close to 85.

Super loud. And temps go up fast. I installed quieter fans but the cpu fan is still pretty loud. After installing better fans its not so bad. Maybe the temps go up because im in a small room with no windows but not worth the money for sure.

Really CyberPower PC?!?

Imagine getting a pc that has a broken fan, not activated windows key, and a uneven mounted cpu cooler with very little paste in the middle. Experienced 90 degrees playing games and 80 degrees internet browsing. Fortunately, I called CyberPower PC and called to get a replacement fan and a activated windows key. But the representative told me that the person may not have mounted correctly or not enough thermal paste. What is the point of hiring system builders, if they cannot build a PC?!? I replaced all of the fans, put enough thermal paste. Now the thermals is mid 40- low 50s browsing, gaming is low 80 to mid 70s. I should not need to fix anything that's the point of a prebuilt. Luckily, I have experience with computers and fixing issues. If you were to ask me if I would shop with them again, I would due to the well assembled computer, the good customer service (took me 15 mins to reach a rep), the ease of RMA, and blow up package material to protect the inner computer components. However, the right door panel was slightly dented and it was bowing due to the "soft touch care" of delivery service workers. Overall, it's a good PC for what you get even if I were to build one myself.

Affordable and powerful. Just make sure you check all connections. My CPU cooler wasn't even touching the CPU. Has argb lights but you can't change then unless you plug them into the headers on board. Keyboard isn't terrible. Mouse never worked. Didn't need either no loss there. Had to bring back to the store to get windows activated though. I/o panel had motherboard flexed had to fix that too. As hard as it is to get a video card I didn't want to send back

Similar to other reviews. Solid PC but needs better cooling and RAM. I flipped side fans to intake and added a corsair 360MM AIO as well as 2 more fans and now I dont hit over 70 while gaming. Before it was 90ish.

Pretty good prebuilt pc overall. Only thing is all fans were set to exhaust increasing the temp quite a bit (easy fix tho), but overall better than i expected going for a prebuilt.

The RGB Oven

Don't ever buy this computer. It was not plug and play, the aio cooler was plugged into the cpu fan pins and the rgb cable was plugged into the aio pins.
After I took this Tower into Best Buy to have it checked by Geek Squad. They noticed that the computer didnt recognize the AIO even after plugging everything into the correct slots. So I essentially had an oven that could play games for a minute before it had to have an emergency shut off because the CPU reached 100°C playing Minecraft. I would never recommend this High Performance Oven it was poorly put together, it didn't run out of the box, and when me and the Geek Squad team member did get it running the CPU literally started smoking because it had no way of being cooled down. I will never buy a CyberPowerPc again. Best Buy didn't give me any trouble about the return so I will absolutely still use Best Buy for future purchases but I will never buy from the CyberPower brand ever again.

Somehow this is a manufacturing defect. The 5900x CPU can overheat to over 90c when playing 3D games under Windows 11.
I had Totaltech tune the CPU chassis, repasting the thermal paste. It got a tiny bit better, But it still overheats when playing dungeons and dragons online or lord if the rings online whenever there's combat.

Great quality pre-built PC.. only gripe is the sub-par memory (3000mhz) to support the 5900x.. upgraded to 3600mhz Ballistix and all is well.

Got the same spec as someone else here
GPU: gigabyte gaming OC
SSD: WD Blue SN550 1TB
Ram: ADATA XPG Z1 (3000mhz)
MOBO: ASUS PRIME X570-P
PSU: apevia800w
CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L
Cons: Wish ram speed was at least 3200mhz, need better cooling, and 2 side fans doing nothing instead of it being in the front or top of case.

Like many people I got very impatient trying to get an RTX 3080 so I took a chance and grabbed this pre-built when it miraculously became available. In store! So I checked out and did a curbside same day. I felt like my long journey was finally over as I obtained an RTX 3080 as well as a Ryzen 9 5900X. Boom! Overall the build quality of this PC isn't terrible but not quite on the level of hand picking parts and slapping them together yourself. The issue is thermals! The CPU reaches 90° or higher! Unacceptable to say the least. The GPU thermal throttles like crazy! Apparently, the thermal pads on vram is garbage. Nice to know. The RAM is crap! The PSU is a mystery as the labels were removed. Only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because it started up without issues. Returning and going back to the GPU grind.

One of the few ways to get a 3080 in this current market - but this one has nearly the same specs as the one I would've built myself, for nearly the same price. My first real gaming PC, no more struggling with my aging underpowered laptop, and for that I couldn't be happier.

Decent value given scalper prices for a 3080 at the time of purchase. But, the psu is trash. It literally sparked when plugging it in. That is a fire hazard. Look up Apevia on the internet and you can find other peoples experience with the units cyberpower passes off as a power supply in a $2500 system. In summary, budget an extra $200-$300 to replace the psu with something that wont fry your expensive hardware or burn down your house. Disappointed that they cheaped out on the most critical part of every computer. Until scalper prices come down it is still worth it even with the extra cost of a new psu and the added e-waste unless you can get the gpu at msrp. Bonus, the keyboard is quite nice.
