I got this PC as a Christmas gift and it has blown me away. It is a massive upgrade from my old PC and can run practically any game I choose at maximum settings. As of now it has never overheated or unexpectedly crashed. It runs smooth and as expected.

I bought this because of the CPU, GPU and the motherboard. The motherboard is a good board. It's the Asus Prime x570 Pro. RAM isn't anything special. I will be tossing it out and replacing it with some Corsair Vengeance RAM. Mine came with a Gigabyte RTX 3080. The card, board, SSD and power supply I'm happy with. It's the case, lack of thought about airflow, and the cheap fans and cooler that I have an issue with. The video card draws air in from the bottom and vents it through the side right into the glass. I know that the RTX 3000 series runs hot. I was expecting that. I was stress testing the GPU using Satisfactory on Ultra in 1440p @ 165Hz. It got up to 88° C. I pulled the side panel off and it dropped by 12° C. I understand that the availability of cards and the vendor is going to differ. So the design of the cards is going to change depending on the manufacturer but for $2700 I feel as if I should have received a product that took that into account. This is a product that was designed to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Which granted it is. I will be taking the hardware out of the tower and putting it in my old tower. Really wish I didn't give in and buy a prebuilt. I spent a year trying to get ahold of a RTX 3000 card. I haven't bought a prebuilt in 15 years and based off of this experience, I never will again. Unfortunately for me, I put this on my credit card to get the points and already paid it off. So I don't imagine I can get a refund issued to that card. Oh and just to clarify, it's not a bad case. It's actually designed pretty well. Just not for a video card that gets this hot. Pro - Motherboard, SSD and GPU are high quality. Con - Lack of airflow, overheating, incompatible case design for the hardware, cheap fans, RGB controller and cooler. P.S. Install MSI Afterburner and set a custom fan curve to help keep your card cooler. P.S.S. Pump was disabled in the BIOS for whatever reason.

If you like your PCs to run at high temperatures

I've had this PC for close to two months iirc. I bought it at the Huntsville, AL Best Buy as the sales associate said it was the best one for gaming that they had in the store at the time. Performance-wise, it's pretty good. I can run the games I play at max graphics, and it runs and looks great... UNTIL... the temperature this thing reaches is ridiculous. If you do any kind of high-end gaming for more than an hour or two, you're going to have to shut this thing down and let it cool off. I've seen other reviews that talk about moving fans around and switching flow and what not, but that seems to be a ridiculous, unnecessary step for a computer at this price. I'm not sure who the nine people are that rated the fans as a "pro" instead of a "con" for this PC, but they must've gotten the version that fixed this issue. Keyboard and mouse are not very good for a gaming PC, but I have a ROG gaming mouse and a wireless keyboard I use anyways. If the fan issue were fixed, I'd highly recommend this computer, but as mine stands, I bought a fairly expensive PC that I can play for brief periods of time.

Pros: Power for days, Well built and and decent looking. Came with an 1000W PSU and an X570, unexpected yet welcome and unspecified in the product specs. Cons: Ram is some old 2666mhz stuff clocked up to 3200 right in the bios. I’d recommend more ram with an higher frequency. The cooling is practically non existent, the radiator fans were blowing towards each other which causes an unrealistic 65 degree idle. Add more fans, fix the radiator fans and you’re golden.

The overall PC is amazing and handles all my video editing needs using 4 monitors, the only reason it looses a star is for lack of airflow. I'm upgrading my PC case because even with the current liquid cooling system it runs 80C regularly and has hit 90C a few times. Case aside, great setup, especially loving the mobo and it's room to expand features like RGB.

I bought this desktop when it was during a black Friday sale but it was an open boxed item. So far this PC has lived up to its expectation but I knew I was going to run into issues so for those who get this PC I would highly suggest getting new fans since my fan broke and now its running off two fans and also I would suggest getting a new CPU cooler since I am throttling my CPU to not overheat it. The CPU cooler is only a 120mm fan which is not enough for a Ryzen 9. But other wise for streaming, gaming and heavy workloads this computer can do it all!

Fantastic build with top-notch components. Upgraded ram and ssd, but aside from that no changes truly necessary aside from having to relocate the bottom fan to the top of the case due to the graphics card support not fitting past the rgb fans.

I love this computer, came packaged in a way that really would minimize any damage in shipping. Very little shovel-ware just clogging up my computer which was a pleasant surprise. Only issue I had was CPU temps getting pretty high due to poor ventilation so I've installed 3 more fans and plan on installing a hefty 360mm AIO along the top to help with this but performance has been great so far.

Was very happy with this purchase minus the cooling flaws. I wasn't even going over 20% of the CPU usage and I was already running at 196F. Everything else is build amazingly but, the fans and the case lack much needed cooling. I tried reaching out to Geek Squad and only got told I need to bring it in for them to test it and expect them to have it for a minimum of 2-3 days and a maximum of 2-3 weeks. Why am I dealing with this on a $2700 pre built PC? The cooling should match the needs of the components of the system. Now I am left with trying to figure out my own cooling means and wasting my $350 on a 3 year warranty

Purchasing this PC through best buy was a good idea. The deal was great, and I received it in a timely manner. However, in less than 6 months of having it, the graphics card failed do to lack of cooling allowed by the case. The customer service was great though. i sent it back and they replaced everything that was broken.

The PC was a great value, the components work well - HOWEVER it was wired improperly and wouldn't stay on. Whoever put it together at the manufacturer messed up the CPU and optional coolant wires. No problems with the system beyond having to fix an error

Came with the 10gb gigabyte 1080, some t-force ram 16gb, asrock x570 phantom, and amd 5900x. This pc smashed all the benchmark tests I ran while maintaining good temps, "will update if any issues arise". At the time it was the best value when compared to competitors with similar hardware. The keyboard and mouse are kind of eh and the mouse is defective, the two center buttons on the mouse are mashed into the mouse and unusable. The keyboard is rotm membrane. clean and I haven't had to fix anything yet
