Great prebuilt system with high end CPUs and GPU's. My ONLY gripe is the very cheap and low quality PSU. Its and Apevia and its causing my GPU LEDs to blink indicating some type of power issue. Use better quality power supplies. PLEASE!

Great performance. Very fast. Excellent graphics. LED's with glass side panel very eye catching. Very easy to set up.

The gaming desktop is a decent one when it went on sale for cyber Monday. But I would not purchase for $2K due to the simplicity of the case. With the Ryzen 5900x cpu and rtx 3080, this desktop needs to have a better airflow. I purchased one recently and it has shut off on its own randomly. One of those times was for CPU over temp. I have to play games with the tempered side glass off or it will overheat. If you can get it for under $1600, I would in 2022.

Great value for the price, great customer service and ease of use/setup. The product works as intended and haven’t had any issues so far. I was in and out of Best Buy with what I wanted in 15 minutes. Thank you for making rigs for the inexperienced consumer that work flawlessly. Even if there were arising problems, I’m positive CyberPowerPC and or Best Buy would take care of you!

Absolutely great PC. Worked fantastically out of the box. Only small issue I'm having is an occasional error when the PC automatically goes into sleep mode it kicks out an error. Also can't find the controls to turn the LED's on the 3080.

Over all, A very good product. It was easy to setup and get going. I have not been able to max it yet but more trails and test to come. The only thing I wished that they would added was a user manual for the LED Light system.

Great Computer for the price. Has not given me any issues. Runs everything with ease.

I was looking around and I was deciding between an aurora r14 with a 6800xt or pay 200 more and get this pc. I chose this and got it on sale for 1833 after taxes. It's an upgrade from my previous pc which I gave to my wife so we can play valorant and other games as well. I am giving it 4 stars because it does give off a good amount of heat and is louder than my last pc. I will probably be upgrading a few small things like storage, and fans other than that I think its great for the price I got it.

This is my first ever gaming pc and let me tell you I love it many reviews say cooling is a problem and yes, I will agree it was but I purchased three extra fans and cooling is no longer an issue definitely worth the price for this PC

Alright, so, yes -- you could build your own computer with similar specs but why would you? You can hardly find RTX3080s anywhere and the price to build is actually MORE if you price these components out. Love this computer, works great, fast as heck. 10/10

after owning this computer for a year with zero issues im happy to say this is a great computer for those who need a ready to desktop

Package came in great condition. Everything was still connected and came ready to plug in. Once I got all my drivers updated and programs installed I tried out my first game. 5 minutes later, I got an error message that CPU was overheating and it shut down. Once it restarted I pulled up the ASUS program which showed temperatures at 88-90° which is wayyyy too hot!! Only way I got it to keep temp in the 60s was to bring the CPU performance down to low-medium to run “Ready or not”. Overall very good components especially with the 3080 but cooling is definitely sub-par and for the money they could have at least included one other fan or better quality fans. I will probably either return or purchase (more money) fans

This PC is amazing! I've only had for three days, and everything is running smoothly. It's also a good price for the product. I would most definitely recommend this to a friend.

PC is top of the line, have had this for almost a year and it was half now. Have had 0 issues with the PC. Gaming is phenomenal on it. Would highly recommend this PC to anyone.

Good computer gets hot at times, but it was very good price for the performance

The case is heavy-duty and feels nice. I haven't had problems with cooling. There are 2 case fans on the side for air input as well as the fan for the liquid cooler at the rear of the case. -1 Star for the following 2 problems: The sound would not work Windows 11 (was this tested before shipping?). Downgrading to Windows 10 fixed my sound problem. Its not a big deal but it made me worry that the motherboard had a problem with the sound component. The power supply fan has some occasional clicking. I could probably return it for that problem, but its too much trouble to return over just that issue. I didn't try the mouse and keyboard as I have my own already.
