I've had this machine for about a month and it screams. Super powerful, super fast and super cool-looking. Amazing computer. And I'm mining Ethereum at night, which is awesome.

So happy with this system it runs all my games at epic settings and in the market we are in is very well priced, cannot wait to see how far I can push this system

Great PC for 4K gaming. It can get a little warm when gaming all day but that was to be expected with the fan setup in the case. I switched the fans around and ended up upgrading the AIO a month later just to have the extra wiggle room. None of that was even absolutely necessary though and would only start to heat up after 5-6 hours before I went ahead and messed with the fans. That being said, it never crashed or dropped frames even when 80-81 C. For this price and graphics card, this is a great buy.

I love this machine but like others have mentioned it would be wise to move around the fans and upgrade the memory to 32gb. I am pleased with it overall and now have a problem with sleeping on time lol. Great purchase and would recommend to all.

Thank you Shean at north academy rd colorado springs So normally I don't buy pre assembled computers as I personally build my own rigs. however with times the way they are and the pricing on graphics cards. i decided to buy a pre built, i haven't been more happy with a recommendation from a best buy associate as i am with this. Thank you for keeping it reasonable in price and performance is great!

I bought this 1 year ago, had horrible cooling issues initially, the computer got so hot, it would literally burn me, Fixed it, by removing the AIO and replacing it with a Noctua air cooler. Now the issue, is the death black screen whenever I'm playing games (from time to time for the past 6 months) and now it got worse, it just shuts done when nothing is running. I went through every solution possible, and it seems that I'm the 3rd person on here with this same issue. If anyone finds the root cause, please let me know. Is it the PSU? Can't wait to receive the copy-paste response from customer service.

I really like this PC. I've had it just about a week. I haven't encountered any of the overheating issues that everyone else has mentioned. I gave it plenty of open space and have not overclocked anything. I got mine on sale around Black Friday and thought this was a good deal. I might add some more memory and storage and possibly a CPU cooler if I see any issues with overheating.

Great powerful pc that allows me to run anything i want although the cooling is not so great considering the pc nearly cost $3000. Was able to add water cooler and more fans and its better now.

Personally I think that this is one hell of a system. I will say that there are a few gripes that I have with the system that warrant the 4 star review. As stated by several people, the placement of the additional case fans don't really make sense. I will be moving them to the front of the case to allow for more linear airflow. As far as the cabling goes Cyberpower... Please stop with the ketchup and mustard cables... We are in 2022... The very least that you could do is just solid black cables.

Like other reviewers mentioned, the components are good, but the case and overall cooling is poor. I shouldn't have to research cooling modifications for a $2700 purchase.

The Computer is great for the current market. It does have cooling issues as stated in other reviews but that's an easy enough fix by getting a better cooler for it.

I spent a few days researching and looking hard for the right gaming PC for me. Ultimately the best option was this one from CyberPowerPC at Best Buy. This setup offered the best features and price and I couldn't find any others that even compared to this prebuilt option. So far it's be great! Well worth the money

So far I am very pleased with the PC. Like all prebuilts there are few things I would change and its not perfect but for the price you are getting a very good machine. I would have liked to see sleeved cables for a PC in this range and not see the stock cables. I would also have liked a little faster RAM for a 5900X CPU. The RAM speed is limiting the CPU in more demanding games but this is a simple upgrade. I would have also liked to see a 240 radiator instead of a single 120. This is me nitpicking the details it is still a very good PC for the price you are paying.
