So far my experience with the Gamer Supreme with Ge Force RTX 3080 has been good, no complaints with this model.

Very Good PC, does work very well. Would recommend.

everything works but there was some damage on the box and a small dent on the front panel

Machine seems fine, runs fast. I have to mention that the GPU had fallen out of socket and laid in the bottom of the case. The plastic lock on the PCI-Express lane for the GPU was broken off, and the metal tabs that screw the GPU to the rear IO of the case were bent at an angle. I was able to get it all put back together, but the PCI-Express lane doesnt lock anymore, not very good quality assurance on their part

The PC had the exact specs I was looking for. I couldn’t pass it up, especially because of the scarcity and price of many computer parts at this current time. This PC is quiet and has everything I wanted.

My sons loves this computer. The one thing he has to do is add a better cooling system.

Pc runs well but pci slot gpu came in was not working correctly and I had to move the gpu to the other pci slot. Was also shipped in a Cyberpower pc box good thing they make you sign for it on delivery. Besides that it has worked well so far.

So to start off, this is my 3rd PC from cyperpower, within the last MONTH. First two had issues ( both different), and both had to be returned. I've had this one for coming up on 2 weeks now. It was fine until today. Today, when playing games, both monitors will go black. i will have to force shut down my PC and start it back up again. It hasnt had any issue until today, and now i cant even play on it without this happening. I would recommend to stay away from this brand completely. I understand one bad PC, but 3 in a row? If im spending this much, i should not have to HOPE that everything on my PC is going to work. Not only that, trying to get ahold and work with cyberpower is a freaking joke. They will copy/paste the same reply to this message like they do to all the negative reviews, but here's the truth - They take more than a week to respond to emails, and will have you on hold for hours to not even be able to help you when you finally are able to get someone. Im sorry if this isnt what you wanted to hear, but this has been my experience with them. I have never seen a company's customer service so bad. It is pathetic really.

The Tower was shipped on time, no DOA issues, all cables connected securely. Booted up the first time, running smooth day 1. Will update again in a week.

I love this PC. Runs every game perfectly and streams games at the same time effortlessly. Would highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs, I should've pair more attention to the bad reviews. The only good reviews I'm guessing don't game to the capability its advertised ad. I play Call of Duty and do photo and video editing. For everything OTHER than Call of Duty it works great. As soon as I boot up COD it instantly runs so hot that you get warnings on almost every component in the PC. Now, I cannot play for more than 1 hour straight or the monitor will cut off because of the pc getting to hot and cutting the feed from the graphics card. Now starting the process of returning or trading in for something else!

Just got my new PC and so far it's working great. Cable management looks good, runs great, has pretty lights, just what i wanted.

This is my second CyberpowerPC, upgrading from a RX 570 and Ryzen 3100. All i can say is wow, this thing has excellent performance. I really wanted a computer that could play Half-Life Alyx on Ultra settings and im happy to say you can max out most games on this baby and still maintain smooth gameplay. The PC does get a lil warm so i would suggest rearranging the two fans to push the hot air out the back.

Got it earlier than expected and everything runs smooth and looks great! Worth the money!
