Great PC in a terrible market

I've had no issues with the CPU, GPU, or motherboard. Temps are a bit high, but I believe moving a couple things around and adding an extra fan will fix that. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Cyberpower and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a prebuilt PC.

Replacement for my previous PC

Setup was easy all I did was move the side fans to the front of the case to help with cooling but all in all Great PC!

Cyberpower Ryzen 9 5900X

All in all I am super pleased. All of the components were from a reputable brand and everything just worked. assembly was clean, and best of all, absolutley no bloatware was installed. I would definately recommend.

Poor quality - TWICE?

Returned - had to reorder - wait a week - picked up the 'new' computer - and was again disappointed with a non functional PC - this time blue screens with a critical hardware failure. CyberPowerPC wanted us to ship them the PC for repair ( which means we would not be able to return) . Best Buys recommendation was to "buy from another best buy store" - when these are ship to store. .

Bad. Just don't

I've had to take it into the Geek Squad twice. The first time, the CPU fan was not plugged into the right spot and the computer wouldn't start. The second time, my monitors would not stay connected because the power supply wasn't enough. Don't get this machine they're not built well.
