Good bargain, fast shipping, simple delivery.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased during the President’s Day Sale, and definitely feel like I got a bargain. Handles everything I throw at it so far, setup was incredibly simple, and it’s easy on the eyes. Runs a little loud, but that just reassures me all of the fans are working. Comes with a bunch of bloat-ware preinstalled, but what non-Linux system doesn’t these days? Easy enough to get rid of. Ordering was easy, shipping and delivery were rapid and painless, definitely would recommend a computer purchase from Best Buy!

CyberPower giving me the Goodies
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.CyberPower PC is wonderful. To be specific, mine came with a Zotac 4080, 32gb T Force 5600mhz RAM, MSI X-670 Pro, Ryzen 9 7900X, 2TB SSD Western Digital, 240mm Liquid Cooler, 240mm frontal, and one 120mm on the back all with RGB LED. Yes the specs will be different for everyone, depending if CyberPower has a PNY, Zotac, or even a Founders edition GPU lying around, but relatively speaking yours should be similar. I've run some benchmarks through AIDA64 and CPU-Z but I still can't find the PSU specs without opening the panel again, and given the PSU is hidden in a compartment below it's just not worth it, but It's a 1000w nonetheless given what AIDA64 has tested through Voltage. Upon arrival the box was beat up but CyberPower packed this mug with cushioning inside the box and of course inside the tower (make sure you absolutely check before you turn yours on). After opening the glass panel which shows a stunning display of the thermal cooler, GPU, and glowing pulses, the other side showed a classy and articulate exhibit of pigtails and professional cable management. After running BIOS everything is up to date and running smoothly. Everything is as advertised, and nothing is skimped on. The only thing you guys have to bring is your own tools to twist the small screws out to remove the packaging inside, then plug and play. This thing is a monster. Appreciate you CyberPower. Praying this thing lasts me a lifetime.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got my hands on the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme and, wow, it's a gaming dream come true! This beast, packing an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X and 32GB RAM, delivers an unmatched gaming experience. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 16GB is a visual powerhouse, making games look breathtakingly real. The 2TB SSD is a game-changer, slashing load times and keeping things super smooth. Plus, the sleek black design and cool RGB lighting make it a showstopper in any setup. Major props to CyberPower for creating this gaming gem – it's a future-proof, top-tier machine. And a big shoutout to Best Buy for their awesome service. The staff helped me pick the perfect PC, and the setup was a breeze. If you're serious about gaming, this is the PC to beat. CyberPower and Best Buy, you nailed it!

Great for it’s price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was running an older CyberPower PC before I bought this one. I’m so glad I finally upgraded. I have no issues opening and running more than one game, as well as having my browser up with videos playing in the background. I haven’t noticed any unacceptable heat from it, even though I’m sharing an office in our house with my boyfriends comp and our dog and cats. (And we hardly ever use the AC.) It’s gotten loud only a few times, really only when starting up a more intensive game, but it's quick to quiet back down once the game is running. My bf is looking to upgrade soon and even he’s looking at this one!

good pc
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy setup, unfortunately once I opened the box and got my new computer out I noticed a few things that had me worried, first I had a screw rolling around in the pc itself which I tracked down and screwed it into the missing spot on the mother board, and second my mother board was shifted over and the holes for the usb ports were all shifted not lining up. thankfully i was able to hook the pc up and it had no issues.

TO ALL WHO PURCHASED THIS
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a great system but if you’re experiencing issues like it’s struggling, the performance is kind of laggy, and/or it seems the fans are really loud (it’s not the cooling fans. it’s your power supply fan that’s loud) check if your pc came with a Apevia power supply unit. I’ve brought it to a pc repair shop and they said there’s nothing wrong with it and they’ve tested everything. Brought it home and still the same problem. I only play SWTOR and I know that the game doesn’t tax the pc as much as these newer games that are out. So, I purchased an EVGA 850w psu from best buy, watched the DIY on how to install a psu on youtube and come to find out that the psu doesn’t come with the cable that connects to the NVIDIA 4080. You can’t mix and match cables from two different brands of psu’s or you’ll end up breaking your system. I had to purchase an 850w Corsair psu and the Corsair type 4 600w 12VHPWR PCIe 5.0 adapter at best buy because there was no EVGA adapter that I could get the same day. I swapped psu’s and let me tell you, the system is running smoothly, no loud fan noise and I was happy I was able to install it myself. I plan on returning the EVGA to best buy as I don’t need an extra psu. But yeah, if you’re getting the same problems with this pc as I had, swap out the power supply because that Apevia brand as I read the reviews online is a cheap and bad psu to have in your pc.

Pretty Good for It’s Price but it was Rushed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Misaligned IO Shield. Should’ve had them check it at store. But everything operates perfectly fine, it runs cool and smoothly. I can’t complain due to the price being good but I regret not having them check it out at the store. Not the end of the world or a difficult fix, just annoying.

A good pc for a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just received the unit, worked straight out of the box and all the components seem to be of good quality. Couldn't build one myself so the price is pretty good.

Ultra, high framerate gaming on 1440p and 4k.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first PC, and I don't regret my purchase. It runs everything I throw at it, namely ultra settings on games like Alan Wake II and Fortnite lumen lighting at 165hz. Packaging was pristine, and I observed no damage. Actually, it took me a while to get it out of the packaging while trying not to damage the box.

Hole in pc filter
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently picked up my new pc and there was a hole in the side filter. This was caused by really sharp zip ties. This pc is a really expensive product I’m highly upset it came like this. I’d expect them to inspect each pc before shipping them off. There’s no way it wasn’t shipped and packed like this. I contacted geek squad and was given the run around despite buying the extra protection. All I need is a new side filter for the case and I’m good to go. The moment I receive a proper response I’ll change this review.

Good specs, frustrating quality issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the overall specs on the build are good, mine shipped with 2 issues that cost me money, time, and effort to resolve: 1. After a brief initial session to set up Windows, I noticed a burning smell coming from the PSU - concerning, to say the least. It turns out pre-built CyberPowerPCs ship with a really low-quality PSU, so I ended up purchasing & installing a Corsair 1000W PSU to replace it, which resolved that particular issue. 2. Next, my PC started to crash randomly and frequently. The error code pointed to a CPU overheating issues. I checked the fans & liquid cooler - all indicators were healthy, but my CPU was consistently running at over 90C with barely any workload. I suspected a thermal paste issue, and lo' and behold, upon inspection there was barely a smidge of paste on a single corner of the CPU. After a fresh application of thermal paste, my CPU is now running at reasonable temperatures. While I'm satisfied with how my computer's running at this point, the time I had to spend debugging these issues and the extra money I had to fork out made this PC much less of a good deal than it originally seemed.

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this approximately 3 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. Monitors won’t register, GPU misaligned and difficult to plug in display port, constant crashing (blue screens) and support is horrible.

Great Value Black Friday Sale
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got my PC a couple of weeks ago during a Black Friday deal. Had a bit of a hiccup during setup with the computer crashing during driver installs but I was able to get it fixed within an hour or two so no big deal. Outside of that the PC has been great and the value was excellent as it was cheaper than building my own PC using all the same parts they used. So long as the PC holds up over time I will definitely consider CyberPower again.

Several Issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer takes about 3 minutes to go from pushing the power button to turning on. I have repeatedly popped the circuit breaker in my office. Several of the programs like chrome and fortnite flicker (graphics card issues). Otherwise, this is a super powerful machine for an incredible price.

CyberPowerPC Desktop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC runs great. It set up was quick, easy to use and top notch in build. I had one issue with the mouse which LMB and M4 were bound to the same function and could not be seperated through software. CyberPowerPC rectified within minutes by sending me a new one. I highly recommend this company's products. If you know what you want they can put it together and back their product.

Just what I was looking for
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There were many games and VR experiences that my 2060 setup just wasn't cutting it for, so it was time for an upgrade. This machine looked like a great value, so I pulled the trigger. I liked that it included 32GB of RAM and 2TB of disk space. Some of the other options in this range cut corners there. Sure, RAM and disk space are cheap these days, but it's a hassle to add more. I've built many PCs for myself over the years, but just didn't want the hassle this time. This is very much like something I would have put together myself - reputable name brand parts inside, nothing proprietary. I was very pleased to find the board included a 2.5gbps ethernet port and Wifi 6E, which is above the spec listed here. I've tried all the games and things I couldn't run well before, and this machine handles them all effortlessly, and it's been rock solid stable. Only small knock I will mention is that it takes a LONG time to POST after you press the power button. So long that I thought my monitor wasn't working, or something was wrong. A BIOS update + setting "Memory context restore" makes this much better.
