I recently ordered this desktop on Black Friday, picked it up in person 2 days later, and setup was smooth. During my setup, I discovered the glass panel cover was not closing or sticking properly to the housing case. At first, I thought it was suppose to attach by magnets or another attachment, but then I decided to look up videos on YouTube and discovered my glass panel came with broken knobs. I then emailed CyberPower customer service and they shipped me a brand new glass panel. Very easy and hassle free. Other than that, this is the most powerful desktop I have ever owned. It's quiet, powerful and the gameplay (Black Ops 6 Zombies) is very smooth. Thanks again CyberPower.

    Disappointment

I set up this new pc and double checked everything in the pc. I noticed the panel screen was scratched and smeared. It has given away the signs of reimbursement. I turned on the pc. It fired up and running nicely. But my two monitors with 4k display port cables connected to the pc. They are not showing up on the screens! Worked with the tech support for an hour on phone call and remote video feed from my iPhone. They couldn’t figure out whats causing faulty. They suggested me to either ship pc to them for repair or replacement, or return it for a full refund. I asked them how long would it take them to fix pc. They said up to 14 days. Absolutely no! I returned this pc and highly recommend not buying this again. They used bad quality components such as motherboard, ssd, AIO fan, and wiring build around 4080 super and amd ryzen 9 9900x. Real shame.

Computer is an absolute monster. Definitely a huge step over my 3080ti and am4 socket. The motherboard is a little lacking... Shouldve been the actual x670 thats plastered to the wallpaper.. but something had to lack a little for the price point. Either way, computer is legit. Cant go wrong

It does seem like a powerful PC and I've liked using it since I got it in Nov. 2024. However, I've had BSoDs a couple times a month and ended up purchasing a Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan to check it out. They did a good job but it's crashed a couple more times since then and now I'm looking into getting it replaced under the warranty. Pretty disappointed because previously I had an ASUS laptop that lasted me 7+ years with no issues. I went with a prebuilt PC because I'm not super tech savvy and this was supposed to be a major upgrade for my work.

previously I bought a prebuilt gaming pc and i was completely unsatisfied for various reasons. But this time around, absolutely amazing. From the power that is brought from the most efficient computer parts on the market, to the cleaness of the pc itself. I highly recommend this pc to anyone who is looking for an amazing gaming experience without spending a ton of money.

Bought this from Best Buy on 12/8 and it delivered to my house on 12/10. Still waiting on my monitor to be delivered so I have not turned it on yet. Box that it was shipped in was torn. Case had some scuff marks on it. Black plate around the USB ports on the back is bent. For a computer that cost $2,000+ I would have thought they would have put more pride into the looks of it. Once I get it powered on, I will update the review. The instruction manual that came with it is not exactly the version I bought. For instance, it talks about removing screws to take the side cover off in order to remove the packing inside the case. These covers just popped off. No screws were there. I marked yes on recommending to a friend in hopes that the issues are largely cosmetic and not signs of problems with the computer itself.

Got this for my 18 year old, soon to be son-in-law, so he’d give me his blessing to ask his mother to marry me. It worked like a charm. Coincidentally, the household arguments are at an all time low because he hasn’t come out of his room longer than it takes to get a hot pocket since thanksgiving. Now I gotta buy another one for my 15 year old who just discovered adult themed web pages and I swear on everything if he ever borrows my computer again he’ll be walking to and from school like his boomer grandparents. All in all great rig.

This computer rocks! If you can get it for the sale price of $1969 it’s such a steal. Fans are little on the loud side but not enough to be an issue. The box looks really beautiful in person and has enough room inside to decorate with a figure :P

    Decent Build for the price

Here is the good and the bad on this build. The good: solid choices for video card with the Zotac Trinity OC and the TEAMGROUIP Ram sticks are solid, along with the 12 core beast of a processor The meh: the Adata ssd is ok but it has no heatsink either from the board or native to keep the boot drive cool and the power supply is not a modular or semi-modular psu, so while pretty in white with white cables and plugs, you have a huge ball of bundled excess cables tucked behind the psu and somewhat hard to access if you were trying to get at some cables to add devices. The bad: the motherboard was an MSI Pro B650 VC wifi, which has decent power stage and MSI's app to download the latest miscellaneous drivers and allows you to skip some bloatware. What it is missing is heatsinks to protect various chips and bridges, and decent audio circuit. The case is a compromise, it is pretty in arctic white and boasts a pretty decent tool-less panel assembly but the auxiliary drive cage was flimsy, and note that the front panel jacks are and buttons are at the bottom of the case and may not be ideal for people who keep their towers on the floor beside their desk. In the end I did move my raid drives over to the case to add an additional volume of storage for apps that don't necessarily benefit from the fast ssd. It is a decent rig but for the 12 core Ryzen 9 9900 should have upped the spec of the motherboard to at least B650b if not the x670 or x870 chipset to take advantage of PCIE gen 5 for at least the video card if not the video and the SSD land

CyberPower 4080 Super PC Review: Almost Perfect

The RTX 4080 handles 4K gaming and creative tasks with ease, and the combination of a top-tier processor and DDR5 RAM makes it lightning-fast and future-proof. The sleek design with customizable RGB lighting adds a premium feel. However, it’s not without flaws. My unit had a few black scratches on the case, which was disappointing for a high-end PC. I’ve also noticed occasional frame drops in some games, though it’s rare and doesn’t ruin the experience. Overall, it’s an impressive machine, but there’s room for improvement in quality control.

Day 1 of owning this PC, and it runs like an absolute monster!! Quiet and powerful, the RGB looks quite nice and the PC has a button to switch between White and RGB. It breezes through most AAA games on ultra. Will update as time goes on.
