I saw this item at my local best buy and thought it was a great deal. Really like everything about it. The only thing i have to say is that it is slightly loud with the fans but after a while it doesnt bother me too much.

I was really excited about this gaming PC I purchased during the Black Friday sale. The specs were excellent, and it ran games and applications flawlessly—except for one major issue: the screen would black out for 3 seconds every 30–40 minutes. I tried everything to fix it: updating and reinstalling drivers, using different monitors and cables, and even performing a factory reset. None of these steps resolved the issue. I reached out to the vendor, and they suggested reinstalling the drivers again, which I did with no success. They then offered to either send it in for diagnostics or return it to Best Buy within the return window. While the PC’s performance was great otherwise, I can’t risk keeping it with this ongoing issue. I’ve decided to return it to Best Buy before the return window closes. I’m disappointed because I really liked this system and got it at a great Black Friday price. I hope I can find a replacement with similar specs and at a comparable price. If the black screen issue hadn’t occurred, this would have been a 5-star purchase.

This computer has a lot of power and potential. I bought this unit during thanksgiving and got a great deal.

Good price for what you get. Wire management could be better but solid computer

Maybe i got unlucky with my computer, but awful right out of the box. It lagged on anything such as clicking links, tabs, youtube videos, you name it. When it ran games, it ran like a dream. Then it would choke or blackscreen and crash. The longer it was used, the worse it got. Couldnt do hardly anything without some sort of freeze into blackscreen. Tried fixing graphics card driver, clean installs, rollbacks to prior editions, nothing. We’ll see if geeksquad can fix. May need to return for a swap, may need to return altogether. Could be a great computer for you and this was just a bad draw as others seem to like it, but something to keep in mind while looking. At least it was a nice paperweight to look at.

Best for fps gamming at this budgets. Get more fps compared to my intel 12800

Had some issues at the beginning with games crashing, updated motherboard bios and processor drivers and have had no issues since. Games run great in my 1440p 240hz OLED monitor

The only problem is that the button for rbg lighting doesn't work

Just got this bad boy today and have been loving it. it fits very nicely with my white aesthetics. For the specs, the price is amazing!

Very good set up balanced cpu to gpu plays 4k easy

First computer we had to return due to being damaged. Then they had to give us their demo off the shelf. Then the hard drive went bad so they took one from another demo. Next time, we’ll do what the Geek Squad recommends. We’ll have “them” build us a computer with quality parts. If you dont mind waiting months trying to get a quality graphics card. I should have gotten our money back. Always had good service throgh the years on the thousands of dollars we paid for products, Looks like our luck ran out.

PC arived and the box had obviously been opened previously. I still opened it up, took it out of the box. After getting it out of the packaging the glass side panel was scratched so bad it still look like the plastic used to protect it was still on it. Pretty sure i was sent a refurbished product after paying for a new one. Very soured towards best buy and cyber power.

To be honest. The only decent thing about the pc is the graphics card. Everything from the motherboard wifi to the non modular power supply is all garbage. The RGB isn’t plugged into the header so you get no control. Customer service is a joke. WiFi won’t go over 200mbps my network is mesh gig speed. Do your self a favor and just build a pc or buy anything else.

I dont care how go the deal is, do not buy. Stuttering right out the box. Constantly freezing and resetting in order to function. Not worth the hassle of tweaking settings.

No much difference between last model. I have a two year old mod. All hype.

For this price there is not a better option unless you want to pay for a 4090 that will run almost 3.5k for 20 more fps, i will he planning on upgrading to a 4090 or 5 series card in less than 2 years but a 4080 super paired with a 9900x is a powerful combo and woth dlss and frame gen there is no title out that not even a 3090 cant run realisitcally so having the 2nd best gpu out inside this computer paired with a top of the line cpu with 2tb ssd and 32gb ram id say it was a steal even if people like to argue about gpu prices, if they drop wont be by much at all and gpus hold value all in all a very great computer and im very happy so far with it
