Great performance, average build quality

The computer is great. There's several things I dislike, most of which CyberPower doesn't have control over. The biggest gripe is the fact that the GPU cannot utilize 100% fan speed without sounding like an airplane with a failing engine. Sadly, the MSI 3070 Ventus 2X OC - which my pc was equipped with - has the known issue of noisy GPU fans; on the contrary, you really don't need them at 100% and with some undervolting, you will save your GPU from reaching any temperatures requiring 100% fan speed without sacrificing much performance (in some cases performing even better avoiding throttling). My next issue can be chalked up as a product of the industry... No matter how good productions become, there will always be faulty hardware. My secondary storage, Seagate Barracuda last only 1 week before it was making horrible noises upon reading/writing data. At first I couldn't tell the issues but then realized it only happened when utilizing the secondary storage... While it's still under warranty and covered by both Cyberpower and Seagate, going without a secondary drive for who knows how long was out of the question. I simply bought another SSD to replace the HDD. Although I intend to get it replaced by either company in the future, I wasn't ready to go without a second drive to do so.
In addition to those issues, I had some other concerns... Like loose screws on the inside of the case. Some of which were screwed in sideways and clearly loose. The front grille screen was not placed correctly and was barely covering the fans - almost to the point where the screen was getting pulled into the fan. Another fan related problem I had was that I wanted to add fans to assist the temperatures. Trying to add a front intake fan was not possible without relocating BOTH front fans because of the builder placing them in such an odd mounting point that another fan wouldn't fit. And then there was trying to add a fan to the top of the case.... I couldn't set the fan to the spot I wanted particularly because the RGB lighting strip was placed in such a spot that blocked the fan from being mounted there.
Long story short, it's a good PC with great performance. In the end, it comes down to the builder. I am not sure if they were inexperienced, whether it was their first pc being put together or maybe just an off day... I would recommend the computer. As of right now, there's high demand for 30 series GPU's and in the prebuilt business in general. I don't regret the purchase at all, I just had higher hopes because my last prebuilt was flawless. All in all, you never know what you will get. Both parts wise and from the builder. Don't let these minor issues stop you from claiming yourself one of these high performance machines.

Everything came as described and expected. Didn’t need to go to bios to change any settings at all. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was because of the cable management on the backside of the build. I understand this isn’t under bestbuy’s control, but I wanted to make it known. The wiring is a little messy, which causes some overheating issues. I get 150-165 FPS easily on most games. Would recommend this for new pc gamers considering the GPU prices currently.

Super fast speed, looks real sleek, and was a pretty good price compared to other places with the specs I needed. I showed it to a couple friends that are big into computers and they were impressed too

I was able to snipe this badboy the other day. They told me a week to pick it up and it was ready the next day. Packaging and everything was perfect. No damage, started right up and I'm having no issues so far!

Bought a cyberpowerpc prebuild, packed with quality parts. Works well. One cable for led was unplugged from motherboard. GPU and CPU(w/ pump) temp are in good range. Didn't find a need to turn on XMP or other OCs. Installed ARMOURY Crate to manage RGB.

This is my first gaming pc. So far everything is working and it was easy to set up. I ran some stress tests and bench marks and all of the temps are within the acceptable range. There are a few fit and finish issues with some of the thumb screws for the panels and the top IO, but all and all the build quality appears to be pretty good and a good motherboard and graphics card were used. All and all I'm pretty happy with how it looks. I will say that the cable management in the front looks great while the back is some what of a mess and made the panels slightly difficult to put on.
