Had this for barely over a year, started strong. Ran out of memory quickly but I suppose that can be upgraded. Unfortunately around the 13 month mark, Aka right as my warranty expires, my power supply failed so now its just an $1800 paperweight until I learn how to replace that :(

I usually have have good luck with Cyber Power PC's. My last 2 PC's were cyber power. My review is based on my moderate knowledge of gaming computers and tech. I recently purchased a Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD. I believe the pros outweigh the cons on this system. PROS- - I love the speed and power of this PC. I can run any current High Graphic and resource demanding game at Ultra settings and get anywhere from 60 frames to 165 frames. The case and fans are very sleek and pretty. I am overall happy with my purchase! CONS- - WAY too hot. The CPU runs HOT on very intense graphic games. I had to spend about $40 on 3 additional fans to install inside the top part of the PC blowing inward, but it took care of the issue.(Total of 5 case fans now) - The gaming Mouse that came with it broke in my hands when I took it out of the box. I pressed the sensitivity switch and it pushed all the way through. Dead on Arrival gaming Mouse :(.

Good for the price point, mine came with an LHR 3070 (which is fine since I don't plan on mining on it) and the cable management was fairly decent. The PC runs really good on all games (ex: 120 FPS on FH5 while on max graphics) but, while gaming it can get pretty hot (including the glass side panel). I would buy this and add 3 fans (120mm) at the top or take off the filter on the top.

Bad power supply after 1 week. Added 32GB Ram and a HDD Storage drive and PS just died on me. Not worth the time to exchange and reinstall hardware/re-activate all my software licenses so add $135 to cost of this pc. :( Good performance otherwise. Price WAS reasonable for the current market.

Amazing PC that handles all the games I want to play. This has more then enough power to tackle whatever you want to play or do. It can do everything from VR and gaming to word docs and spreadsheets. Super fast boot time and quick load time for programs and games. 10 out of 10 for the price and hardware included.

Its been almost a month since I've bought my pc from best buy and I have run into no issues at all. The entire process of getting my pc and setting it up was very quick and simple. The shipping was also above and beyond since it arrived 3 days later which was a whole week earlier then the original estimated shipping time.

I am one of those person who is to intermediated building their own PC, can't even do the Overclocking etc as even if I Google it, I simply can't understand it because it's explained to an extent you have some knowledge. This PC, the games I wanted to play (mostly PS4 and XB1 era games) run perfectly fine and getting frame rates that I am satisfied with for High to Ultra settings. The only issue I have is that, again, I have 0 knowledge of these stuff and I have no idea how to add my own HDD/SDD on top of what's currently installed besides the description is saying I should be able to add 2 more. Also, this system came with some sort of DVD (i assuming motherboard and drivers) but this system in itself doesn't have a optical drive so should've been on a USB Flash instead or a backup memory that's only readable internally Over all, the product itself, I am hugely satisfied but wished there was some sort of manual explaining to noobs like me how to install a haddrive and explain what those extra cables inside are for + how to get them out because for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get those bundled wires out to figure out what they do. Currently, waiting for their reply (got initial today).

Received today. Was shipped to my location without damage. Haven't tested thermals yet but I wanted to push out a review as soon as I received the pc to provide a listing of components that came with mine. PSU: Apevia ATX-PR800W 80+Gold, CPU: already specified, GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 Ventus 3X 8G OC LHR, MOBO: MSI Z590-A PRO ProSeries Motherboard, RAM: Vulcan Z TForce 16GB DDR4 3200MHz, Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 120RGB, Fans: 2 Custome Cyberpower PC Fans on front. Didn't check SSD but I'm guessing it's got something of decent quality. I'm impressed overall with the quality of items put into the PC.

Arrived on time. Runs great right out of the box. Played Warzone (1080p) and a little GTA 5 without issue. GPU was an MSI Ventus 3x, which performs great and never rises above 65-68c when playing Warzone. My only concern is there is no easy way to display CPU temp. My previous Alienware displayed it in task manager, Warzone, etc., though this one requires aftermarket software. Not sure if it is Windows 11 related but thought I'd mention. Overall, a solid purchase.

Packaged nicely, nice and secure. They put packaging stuffing inside under the gpu to support it from bouncing in the shipping process. Very easily plug and play. Only thing I would say that was a pain is MAKE SURE YOUR GAME WORKS SMOOTHLY WITH WINDOWS 11. I didn’t do the research and had to resort in getting rid of windows 11, and downgrading to win 10. After that, it was perfect. Worth the buy!

First one had a faulty Gigabyte graphics card (the notorious green lines the others in this review section talk about). Exchanged for another and had it shipped to my house. Got an EVGA ultra and actually TForce 3200mhz ram versus the 3000 listed on the site. Would be 5 stars if the first wasn't bad but definitely happy with the quick turn around and exchange process.

This is a very good gaming computer. The processor is fast and water cooled. The GeForce 30 series graphics card allows for excellent, high resolution graphics for a very realistic look and feel while playing games. The keyboard and mouse are not great, but adequate. If you play a lot of games, these will be the first things you replace. Highly recommended.
