I purchased this PC and the GPU was DOA, so I didn't get very lucky on that. I ended up bringing it back to the store and was able to return/reorder it. I ended up not getting the PC until 3-4 days after I was told it would arrive at the store. It was very frustrating because the only information I could be told was "it shows that it left the warehouse, and should have arrived at the store already." While I am overall, very happy with having purchased the PC, I was quite frustrated by the experience leading to it.

"CyberPowerPC builds generally good computers with room for improvement. I bought one of their higher end PCs from BestBuy and while it works, there are a couple of improvements I would make. 1) There is no immediate option for customization of the LED colors. 2) When taking apart the PC to replace the defective CPU cooler, the LED controller for the fans and cooler were haphazardly connected to a circuit board that was only partially glued in. I was disappointed by this. While it's not immediately noticeable/visible, the wire management for this was less than subpar. 3) I had to upgrade the AIO CPU cooler because the one supplied failed (causing intermittent overheating). It was covered under warranty but their return time is 4-7 weeks. In addition, they require the part before sending a replacement. Meaning if I want to use my computer at all then I essentially have to buy another cooler. This is a great computer that you can buy and continually upgrade in the future. I would not buy it without keeping in mind that you may need to work on it or replace/upgrade parts in the future, regardless of the warranty. It seems the biggest downside so far is an inadequate CPU cooler (even with two fans). Even when it was operational, it lets the temp climb too high during heavy use. An $80 Corsair replacement kept temps much lower during heavy use, albeit a little louder (one fan).

This beauty has plenty of power to play the new PC games at Ultra settings. I've been putting it to the test during the year and have had no major issues pop up. A solid investment that won't break the bank.

Just got my computer in last week. So far, so good! After shopping around online I found this brand to have the best selection for the best price - especially with the GPU market being how it is now. Plug and play; everything is working great.

Impressed with the overall quality inside and out. Was able to easily add my own 2TB M.2 SSD to the motherboard as a secondary drive. Runs very quiet when playing games and not too hot. I monitored the CPU and GPU temperature and they seem to hover around 60-70 degrees celsius when running a game and around 40-50 otherwise. Came with an EVGA brand graphics card. The keyboard is actually pretty good, and the mouse is not bad but mine had a problem with some middle mouse buttons being stuck depressed in the mouse body. I tried customer support and they were very responsive and helpful with sending a new replacement mouse. The Cyberpower website is well done with plenty of supporting information. Windows 11 still has its minor quirks being barely a couple months old, but it hasn't got in the way yet.

I’ve had issues with this PC off and on since about 2 months after I bought it. I specifically bought a gaming PC for photography purposes. It first started occasionally freezing up and then that progressed to freezing fairly often. Now it’s progressed to also immediately restarting as soon as it shuts down. Ive had it looked at and the tech said it’s a combination of the motherboard and power supply. Then he and I both looked into even more reviews and this has apparently been a big issue. Super upset that I wasted all this money on a PC that doesn’t work and is now putting me behind during my busy season with photography. Would definitely not recommend.

Great gaming pc, extremely bad airflow

The components in my pc i got were decent, Msi pro wifi motherboard Gigabyte rtx 3070 Cooler master 120m aio The cable management was nice and clean And the system booted up no problems, thankfully. The main issues i have with this gaming pc is, the cases airflow is absolutely awful. It comes with 2 120m fans in the front of the case that are cyberpower pc brand. The aio which is coolermaster also had 2 cyberpower pc fans on it. But while under load and gaming, my cpu temps spikes to 90c which is insane. It has an 11700kf cpu, with just a 120m aio. If you buy this pc, i HIGHLY recommend either replacing fans and adding a 3rd front fan and some top exhaust fans, 2 minumin, or replacing the case with a much better airflow case. Im giving the product 3 stars, because cpu temps that high constantly can damage components and cause the components to go out much faster.

This is a great PC! Just bought it today. Set up was super simple and fast. I tested its capability with some of the games I play. It ran Apex on high graphics settings with no issue. Halo MCC with no issue. consistent framerate and it stayed nice and cool.

It's overall a really good rig. I understand that CyberPowerPC need to meet curtain margins to be profitable but they could have put a non RGB fan on the lowest spot in the front - it would greatly improve airflow for the GPU and overall unit because heat rises. The daisy chaining by the PSU might make the build look cleaner from the glass side but it's a mess on the covered side. One of the radiator fan's makes a terrible rubbing sound at low rpm-idle but is fine at higher rpm, might need service/return.

To be honest it feels just like my old alien but with pretty colors. I upgraded because I kept getting flashing ! telling me I was out of date even though I knew I wasn't. I like it ok. It works. I kind of miss the days of the disc though. It was easier for me to play my music.

Just bought a PC from CyberPowerPC at BestBuy, I normally build my own, however, due to scalpers and miners I am unable to obtain GPUs and CPUs at any reasonable price. So I decided to go with a SI, I am very pleased with the build quality and the packing foam they use to keep the internals safe for travel. The price was very affordable, I paid for the whole machine with top notch parts, for what I'd pay to purchase just the GPU that's inside. Great group of people, even came with a free Keyboard, and Mous that I was unaware of when purchasing!

Very satisfied with the purchase. Especially with the current pricing of PC's I was glad to snag this build for the 3070. Although I'm not an expert, I can say the packaging was sufficient to protect the equipment and nothing was broken upon arrival. The PC comes with an easy to use setup guide. My only difficulty so far has been the lack of a physical manual with the device although I'm told I can find one online at Best Buy. I'm still learning how to use which ports. Loving the product so far.
