With the GPU market still being dicey I took a chance on a prebuilt. Glad to say I did! I think the biggest difficulty I had was transferring my old data drives to the new machine, but that's only due to all of the cables I needed to plug in being ziptied under the PSU cover which is just a biproduct of the cable management. Runs great, decent airflow, quiet, and no overly obnoxious logos that look meh plastered all up and down the case. Would recommend grabbing one if you're needing to upgrade.

First day review. The shipping protection was a little tight and was stressing the GPU card. Checked to make sure cables were tight, but didn't think to look to see if they were up against a fan and they were. Took a bit to figure out where the noise was coming from. Worried this may have caused some premature damage/wear and tear to the GPU fan. The computer has also already crashed once. Will give it a day or two before deciding to return. It's definitely fast though.

After doing some research on gaming PCs and whether to build one myself or a prebuilt, I decided to go with a prebuilt. I searched many computers around my budget and found one that checked off everything on my list built by CyberPowerPC. It came in nicely packaged, instructions on what to check for prior to starting up and many more. The quickness and quietness of this PC has floored me. I'm super satisfied with this purchase!

Overall, I am satisfied with the device, the reason it has a low rating is due to the number of defective GPUs, but if that is the case, once replaced it should be a sold rig. I personally would prefer a bit more air flow, especially by the GPU. See the power supply unit is located at the bottom, btu there should be room of an 80mm intake fan. Also, would recommend adding some exhaust fans on top.

The PC kept turning off after a minute or two. I imagine due to overheating. None of the fans would turn on. It could have been a simple issue such as a connection problem to the power supply. I called tech support thinking they could walk me through some troubleshooting to pin point the problem but "tech support" seems to only be there to tell you to return the system. I was told that had I bought the PC through CyberPower then I'd have to pay for return shipping but thankfully I bought it from BestBuy. Imagine getting a faulty $2,000 PC, getting no help from "tech support" and then on top of that having to pay for return shipping. Kuddos to BestBuy for making pick up and return easy but I will not be buying another CyberPower PC. I bought this against my better judgement but there is a reason this PC is so cheap for the good parts in it. There are so many reviews saying this PC is faulty. It seems CyberPower would rather just keep pumping them out and hoping for the best on some of them instead of just fixing the issues. Don't think like me that after so many negative reviews and time to fix the issue they that have fixed anything. It's the same defective PC everyone else is getting in these reviews.

Very good pc but the keyboard and the mouse is not that good I had to get a new keyboard and mouse, but the pc over all is amazing nothing wrong with it

It's a great PC so far, runs games and videos very well. I did, although, have to update and troubleshoot drivers quite a few times. Will post an update if anything goes bad

Great pc for the price. Hard to find rtx cards and this is a geeat way to aquire one.

The first time when I ordered it the pc arrived with the glass shattered and case smashed in. I sent it back then received the replacement a few days later. The power supply on the new one sounds like a knocking car engine, I get close to 5 bluescreens/shutoffs a day with cpu and other errors it says. It is basically unusable at this point.

Great computer after setup. Initially unable to run due to Windows 11 issue causing overheating right out the box. After update it runs like a dream.

Still kicking and alive but I only bought it for the GPU anyways, time were hard.

i bought this pc 3 weeks ago , but i havent even taken it out from the box, i wanna for the new FS2020 'simulator" and im not completly sure if its enought , if read that for ultra settings 32 gb ram its needed, so i might return it , but i have a question , can i add more ram to this pc , how much will it cost .?

Had to return the first one due to power up issues the second day I had it. Best Buy made it easy and gave a new one right off the shelf and it has exceeded expectations. Great for gaming and streaming and overall fast and smooth processor. Looks cool when powered on with all of the lights.

Great value with the RTX 3070 and i7-11700KF which can be overclocked. Stays nice and cool with no roaring fans. Big sharplooking tower that has space to expand. At this price point for what you get I see few options. I think Cyberpowerpc gives the best bang for you buck out of all the competition.
