First PC I received had a faulty gpu with the famous green lines on start up. Got it exchanged and got another one sent to my house a week later that works perfectly fine. Only downside is you might get one with a faulty gpu because cyberpower doesn't test their PCs before shipping, but you can get it exchanged for another one thanks to best buys easy exchange or return policy.

Second time purchasing a gaming desktop from CyberPower. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase! Nice packaging, system booted right out of the box following minimum set up. I am sure I will be purchasing another system from CyberPower when the time comes!

PC showed up 4 days early! Plugged it in and it was ready to go. I know these prebuilds need a couple after market parts but I am very happy with this straight out the box. Cant wait to see what it does after a couple more fans and a new PSU. Would Definitely recommend.

Quality pre-built PCs for a reasonable price, especially considering the current GPU market

Setup was a little difficult - once you pick your language and country it goes to internet setup. The wifi would not connect and I had to use an ethernet cable to complete the setup. The RAM is cheap compared to the other high-end items installed (graphics, cooler, motherboard). Other than that so far it works great! I may change the review or add to it once I've used the computer for a minute.

I just got this pc today and I already love it. The pc has custom LEDs on it and an AIO cooler which you can change the colors of all in a press of a button. I would recommend this pc to anyone who wants to get a cheap pre-built pc.

This pc is great, ive never had any issues, and it runs every game i play in 1080p ultra settings and 2k ultra settings. Pair this pc with a 165hz monitor for an amazing gaming experience!

For the price, this seems to check all the boxes for a prebuilt option. It does everything it is asked to do by my son, for whom this is a first gaming computer. Geek Squad set it all up for us and there were zero issues out of the box.

I have had my cyberpower pc for a couple of days and so far it has been great! there were no issues with the setup or problems powering on. the PC came very well packaged no damages. it runs very quiet even when playing games.

First pre built system I've bought and it's nice. Nice and quiet, runs every game I've tested on the highest settings. Had to fiddle with the cables to add a hard drive and restart it twice, but the installation was easy.

10/10.. No complaints here, all the games I’ve played are all on max settings and runs super smooth. Assumed I’d have an issue with the power supply but i was wrong. Running dual monitors and everything is great!

I have had the PC for about 2 months now. It runs great, I use it for gaming as well as school and work. It's got more than enough power to run the apps and games I play. I mostly play warzone and it runs flawlessly.

good but didn’t have much airflow, allowing the cpu to get worm…

I do not know anything about gaming computers but this is what my son asked for so he can play I Racing and Fortnite. He loves this computer and it works great for him so far! It is very cool looking as well.

This PC came exactly as advertised. It runs a little warm, but after installing two fans I had laying around, and cranking all other fans up its way better now.. but a new cooler wouldnt hurt

I recently bought this and I have had no complaints so far. It came perfectly intact and has been running smoothly since. It has a lot of nice value in hardware for what I payed for it.

I'm writing this review before I even get a chance to test the gaming compatibility; but for the past 6 years or so, I've only been able to use office laptops and office towers to game. I was only able to play low quality games like among us and 2016 version of CSGO on horrible graphics. All I have left to say is I finally have a real gaming PC and I can not wait to catch up on all PC gaming I couldn't enjoy in the past half decade!

What a frustrating experience. It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a computer of this magnitude. I was very excited, but then I plugged it in and found the same concerns that others reported. Green lines flooding the screen. I knew right away it was likely a faulty GPU. Did the normal routine to test, as someone who is a tech support engineer, it was more a hope and less a realistic fix. I hope this can be made right. I will likely be returning the device tomorrow and hoping they can source me another one, expedited as I have multiple needs of this machine, including migrating it for my education. Based on the foam insert inside the case, I could tell it was rushed during packaging. All of it was crammed under the GPU and likely didn’t do any favors to it. Shame on CyberpowerPC for putting in such a hack job for quick shipment when their literal purpose is to provide a quality device. On a positive note(if there can be one) the case installation was clean, I was really happy with the aesthetics. Oh well. Time to gamble on another one…
