I’m actually more than satisfied with this product, amazing gaming pc I actually love it I had no issues with it easy to use and really worth.

pretty good PC saw a few negative reviews but I didn't have any of the issues they stated to have with their PCs only issue I had was a broken power supply cord but was able to contact customer support and get a replacement

When I bought this computer I never figure out that it would be so powerful. Is excellent as a Gaming PC and even better as a workstation. I recommend it.

Just got it in today and everything was fine with the packaging it started up just good very happy with my purchase.

So far so good! I see there have been some complaints but -knock on wood- mine has been working just fine. It came with a EVGA 3070 FTW3

Works great! Running several games (Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, APEX, and Fortnite) at its highest graphics settings and it is flawless!

Purchased this product in store, selecting it over the Best Buy Black Friday Cyber PC model. Had better technical specs including SSD, unlocked processor (11700KF), 3070 graphics, etc. However, the first order was messed up and never arrived. Ordered a replacement as the shipper had apparently lost it. After ordering the replacement, the missing computer arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the graphics card was shot and I once again had to return/reorder. Upon starting up, it had green dots/lines through the display and after troubleshooting it was confirmed the graphics card was busted. Best buy staff quite helpful, just unlucky here I guess. New replacement model started up just fine.

The staff were excellent, and the PC is TOP-NOTCH! Easily the best investment I have ever made towards a desktop computer!!

Awesome machine. Sooo much faster than the ancient clunker (10 yrs old but with a mid-life upgrade) it replaced.

PC arrived on schedule and was well packed. Runs really fast as expected. No problems were encountered.

TL;DR Stay away from these types of pre-built PCs. Even if everything shows up in good condition, these cases surrounded by glass are just heaters. This system would possibly be worth buying if the intake fans weren't choked off by the front glass panel. With the included liquid cooling, the CPU was spiking into the 90s while the case was closed up. The GPU wasn't fairing much better, hitting the low 80s. Temperatures stayed within acceptable ranges with the side access panel removed, but that's not a viable solution for obvious reasons. I can't quite understand the thought process when designing this case. There's ample space to house the included components plus upgrades, but the absolute lack of airflow makes no sense. The CPU cooler is also disappointing - there's absolutely no excuse for a liquid cooling solution to perform as poorly as the included CoolerMaster unit. I'd wager the stock Intel cooler did roughly as well at cooling... which is laughable. Cooling completely aside, the MSI 3070 (Ventus 2x) that came installed had signs of some form of damage upon arrival. One of the fans was popped out of the bearing, which I was able to pop back in easily enough. Upon removing the GPU, I did find a small scuff mark on one of the sides that wasn't visible when installed. The fan made a noise, as if the bearing may have been damaged, when it kicked on and at varying speeds. I can't be sure what exactly happened, as this is inconsistent with the entire system having taken a hit, especially since I could find no damage besides what happened to the GPU. I suspect the card was damaged before even making it into the case... I was willing to give CyberPower a chance. I'm not likely to ever try again. One can easily find a better value than what this company is currently offering.

Im not one to leave a a review but this purchase hands down, i do not regret. I havent been gaming in years on pc. So i did my research on the latest gear. This is a great computer for entertainment. Its on the pricey side but well worth it with the 3070 in it and plenty of room for add ons. If you do add anything make sure to add cooling fans has it is maxed with the 3 fans it has keeping that power house of a card cool.

Hooked it up right out of the box with no issues! Handles what I need it to with no issues!

Excellent PC Fast Performance arrived on time I was able to run my Favorite games in Ultra Settings

It was working good but then I checked my psu and there was black stuff all over it and my psu fan makes noise from time to time and it’s annoying.

I usually dont write reviews but the experience i had was rather appalling. Recieved this a few days ago with a busted gpu. There were green lines on the screen and it was so obviously broken that cyberpower either knowingly sent out a build with a broken gpu or their quality control is so poor that they dont even test machines before sending them out. Either way id recommend going with different builders or dyi. Im just thankful the best buy return policy is so good. I was able to print out a free shipping label and drop it off at ups the next day. Props to best buy for that. I guess alot of people have had a problem with cyberpower and dead gpu's though so it is kind of crazy that they're still selling their machines.

Super fast everything i was expecting and more ! Dont wait buy it now, super worth it!!!
