My first PC moving over from console but have some basic knowledge of them. I usually don’t do reviews but I spent many many days researching every review possible and such on the computers I was interested in purchasing and I appreciate those who wrote some about this one! Definitely a solid purchase and have not been having any trouble with the PC playing games like halo infinite, all Battlefields and many others in High-Ultra graphics. Steady 160-200 FPS depending on some graphic tweaks.
Those looking for an idea of specs, here’s what my build came with:
Motherboard: AsRock z590 C-AC ATX Wifi and Bluetooth
GPU: MSI Ventus 3x RTX 3070 TI OC
CPU: Intel i7- 11700kf
Ram: TForce VulcanZ DDR4 16GB Kit 3200MHz
SSD: Western Digital SN570 1tb NVMe M.2
PSU: Apevia 800W Gold 80 Plus
PC came in with no scratches or dents, the box was slightly damaged but the packaging did hold. I did struggle to take off the packing foam as the foam managed to expand underneath the GPU support (refer to picture) and had to use a utility knife to carefully remove. The PC turned on and was able to set it up no problem! Checked Bios and the ram was already set to XMP 3200MHz which was awesome. Playing Battlefield 1 on ultra (which is a bit demanding) definitely pushed the Cooling and reached a maximum of 82 degrees Celsius but I will note my room was a bit warm itself. I definitely recommend 3 exhaust fans on top which I will be doing in the near future. I have no complaints on the function of the computer and definitely recommend purchasing this computer if you’re considering it. Sorry to write so much, hope this helps someone!

Perfect so far. Performance is amazing, every game on ultra 150-600 fps butter smooth. Super easy setup.... But one thing. The expanding foam they put in for shipping. Beware you can seriously mess stuff up if you pull or lift too hard.

This PC is fast!!! I love the case it came with, incredibly quiet too. I put a fan on the top of the case when I first got it. Saw a deal and grabbed 3 more fans and put them in there. I have the computer in my "man cave" (closed in patio) and it gets hot in there during the summer (part of living in the south.) This computer hasn't had an issue running any of my games on Ultra. So far, I've done COD Vanguard and Horizon Zero Dawn. I did lower some settings on HZD because the CPU did get up to 87-degree Celsius. Got it down to around 77-degree Celsius. I did read that the CPU can take temps up to 100-degree Celsius but I like to be cautious. Seeing what GPU's go for these days this seemed like the best deal to get my hand on these GPU's.

I ordered from their competitor (Skytech) and regretted it. I love my CYBERPOWERPC!! When the other guy's PC finally showed up it was packaged horribly. It was so bad that the graphics card had been ripped out of the motherboard. The card was bent, the motherboard scratched and the case was dented. I returned it the same day and order a CYBERPOWERPC through BestBuy, I got a better price and a better graphics card.
Man what a difference! Best Buy sent me constant updates. The shipping was fast and the packaging was great. They even had something in the case to support the graphics card! The system started right up and it has been a dream ever since. I would buy again from CYBERPOWERPC and Best Buy!

Excellent PC for the money. Components all work well, and it has a really pleasing aesthetic with the RGB lights, organized cable management, and plenty of space in the case. The PC does tend to run hot with intense gaming, but I added 3 fans to the top of the case (only about $45 total) and it has been running much much cooler.

Bought this PC on sale for $1850 so it was a great bang for my buck! The reason I am giving 2 stars is because when I picked up my PC from Best Buy the box was already opened, that being the first red flag. Upon unboxing when I arrived home everything looked to be packaged normally, but when I booted up the PC the RGB did not come on at all, and the monitor told me it had no signal. After an hour of troubleshooting with CyberpowerPC support (which is horrible by the way) we came to the conclusion it had a bad motherboard. I ended up returning the PC to Best Buy and ordered a replacement instead of shipping the PC back to Cyberpower for fixing because they quoted me a 2 month wait period. The best advice I can give buyers is to always purchase the protection plan on these PC’s… they are great (when they work) and you need to make sure you get a working one out of the box. I have heard a fair share about the GPU going bad in 1-2 months time which also makes it a great idea to get the protection plan from Best Buy.

Got this computer during a sale, 300 off and I don’t regret it! After optimizing it a little it runs smooth. CPU runs around 30c with no games and 60-70 with games. Gpu runs around 50c. It has 1 hdmi on gpu 1 hdmi on mother board 1 display port on mother board and 3 display ports on gpu. Front got dropped on shipping and the glass shattered but the computer works fine and small glass doesn’t harm the gpu so !

Damaged out of box/Blue screen crash fest followed

Was very excited when I received this PC, first problem was the case damage I found on the side of wire management side of the case. The exterior packaging was in tact and appeared to not be an open box item, so I can only assume the damage was caused at the factory.
Decided to press forward and just accept the scratches and dents on the case. Well the damage was nothing compared to the constant blue screen crash fest I was in for over the next day. Was able to reset the PC, start completely over, loading just the basics to run iRacing and boom blue screen crash fest all over again.
Buyer beware with this system looks good on paper but didn’t work out for me. Going back ASAP.

I am extremely disappointed. I have ordered two cyber power pcs from Best Buy in the past week. Both the pcs had graphics card issues. The first pc, 3070 i7 11700kf, was defective and had green lines on start up. The second pc, 3070ti i7 11700kf, came in and the connection of the graphics card to motherboard was warped. The geek squad members tried to fix it which was extremely cringey in the way that he was handling a $1800 computer. Ultimately I was told to try again and order another. Overall, I will never be buying from cyber power or Best Buy again. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered my first ever pc almost a month ago, still havent even been able to use it. I was excited when it arrived plugged the power cable in only for it to not display any picture. After an hour on the phone with customer support, and messing with this thing still nothing. Had to send in my graphics card across the country and they dont even know if that is the true problem. very frustrating considering its one of my biggest purchases and I already had to take it apart and work on it. Not even excited for it anymore and i might just return it.

How this computer made it through Quality Control is beyond me. The onlt option is that they dont have a QC. It feels like this computer was dropped 3-4 times before being packaged, then the box itself was tossed around recklessly during the shipping phase. Worst electronics purchase experience of my life.

Thus far I have been happy with this computer. Especially considering the costs of graphic cards and such these days.... I am keeping a close eye on temperatures and the power supply.... as I have read some real horror stories. If later problems arise I will swap out power supply and add some more exhaust fans. So far 0 issues while playing New world, World of Warcraft, Starcraft2, or Guild wars 2. Typically play 4 hours each evening after work. Keyboard is decent, don't use the mouse as I already have a cordless that fits my needs.

I bought this PC in May of 2022 and I have had a wonderful experience with it in the year that I have had it now. It has handled any game that I have attempted to play with it great, and have not experienced any compromises in terms of quality or graphics. I use this computer to do video editing as well, and it handles Premiere Pro well, but occasionally Premiere will crash while using it, but I am not certain of what causes this. I have started graduate school during the time since I have purchased this PC and this has handled any project that I have thrown at it as well! This PC processes very quickly and boots up quickly as well, and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a good gaming PC, or a high performing computer in general!

Great Gaming PC for a Great Price

I recently decided to purchase a gaming PC after being on console for many years. After trying to build my own and not being able to source the parts I wanted, I couldn't pass up on this PC. Here are the components I received in mine since each one can be slightly different:
Motherboard - MSI Z590 Pro Wifi
GPU: Nvidia GTX 3070ti
CPU: i7 11700kf
RAM: Adata DDR4 (2x8gb) 3000
SSD: 1tb (unsure of brand)
Cooling: Four 120mm 12v rgb fans (3 are Cyberpower one is cooler master) and a cyberpower water pump for the cpu
I read from other reviewers that overheating is an issue so before the PC arrived I purchased three additional 120mm fans for the top of the case. They ended up being the exact same as the one cooler master fan that came with the system:
Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 V2 ARGB 3in1 Square Frame Fan, ARGB 3-Pin (from amazon)
The motherboard has plenty of spots to add fans (7 total) and argb connections (2 total) to control the LEDs. One thing I did change from the original design was unplugging the argb connections from the included controller in the back of the case and instead I daisy-chained the fan argbs together and plugged them directly into the motherboard. This makes the button on top of the case that controls the rgb LEDs useless but by downloading the motherboards utility software (from MSI) I can have a lot more control over the rgbs and they can sync up to the new fans I installed.
With the added fans I have not seen the CPU or GPU temp rise higher than 68C with many hours of intense gameplay.
Overall great build, great cable management, quick shipping, and there's plenty of space in the case for added components. 5 Stars

had this pc for a little over a year now. i play many games, apex, valorant, destiny 2, minecraft, gta5, and this pc runs them very smooth. the only downside was that it would get really hot so i had to install extra fans. but other than that i didn’t have any other problems. might have to get more storage since 1TB isnt much
