Great pre built got tired of building pc and this was a great purchase .

This PC was bought for a replacement PC I had 8 years ago, and I have to say this PC is PHENOMENAL. Out of the box you will find a mouse, keyboard, as well as antenna screw ins you can use for Wi-Fi. As well as Cyberpower's Welcome Packet, and a supplied power cord. Set up was a breeze, simply connect the power cord, and the top button turns it on, follow through with a few updates, and you are all set. This PC remains cool to the touch on High/Ultra Settings (Tested this out on Hogwarts Legacy). It also is the quietest PC I have ever owned. I am overall satisfied with my purchase. I do recommend making sure that if you do purchase this PC, to double check and make sure you have the correct corresponding cords for your monitor to PC, since I haven't bought a PC in the last 8 years, I noticed my HDMI cord was not rendering the right refresh rate (144hz monitor) (HMDI 1.0, HDMI 1.1, HDMI 1.2 and HDMI 1.2a won’t support 144hz. But, HDMI 1.3–1.4b, HDMI 2.0–2.0b and HDMI 2.1 supports 60, 120, 144 and 240hz.) Also, if you are adding a dual monitor, I would advise to have a Display Port cable for your second monitor. (If you don't have one already) This PC has one HDMI port and 3 Display Ports. To activate the RGB inside the PC just simply touch the button on the top above the USB ports and cycle the colors. This PC is used mainly for Gaming. FPS Games as well as RPG games.

M.2 fried because cyberpowerpc forgot to take plastic off the thermal pad that sits on top m.2. I will be sure not to suggest this company to any friends or family. Barely even got to use for a full month.

Very Disappointed with the Lack of Quality Control that the CyberPower Pc builders have. Before Powering up the PC on Christmas Morning while inspecting the tower internals & removing internal packing we noticed that cyberpwr apparently overlooked installing a pc hard drive. As advertised, the build is supposed to include a 1TB NVME ssd hard drive. The Pc is brand-new in an unopened originally manufacture packed box. Also noted very poor ps cable harness management. None of the unused spare cable connectors had protection over the connector ends.

Three fans stopped working after purchasing the desktop and the return period ended. Best Buy offered no additional help outside of paying for the Geek Squad services. I called the computer manufacturers, who sent over three new fans, but that did nothing after replacing it except give me a major headache on where to go from here. I told them I believe it was an internal problem with the wiring with three fans not turning simultaneously. Save the trouble and go elsewhere for a desktop.

First one I got graphics card didn’t work they gave me a new computer 2nd computer softwAre didn’t work I don’t understand why you guys don’t check it before it goes to a customer

i recently switched from gaming from the ps5 to the pc. and WOW freaking amazing. yes it was 1200$ and yes thats expensive but honestly it was well worth it. i dont have any regrets the system runs like a champ. its super fast . the games dont have any lag. i honestly dont have any complaints.

The liquid cooling is installed literally against where your RAM is installed which makes it impossible to install more ram than what the PC comes with due to the tubes which connect to the liquid cooling unit on the RAM side. It has 4 slots but only 3 will ever be accessible. Will be returning the PC tomorrow due to this.

This pc doesn’t work. It worked fine till 2 weeks after I purchased it. Now it doesn’t work anymore. Now it Is giving me a blue screen and I can’t load windows anymore. This is my first Gaming PC and I’m absolutely disappointed by this.

Excellent computer for a beginning gamer. It was delivered quickly and was very easy to set up. This was a gift for my 10 year old and he loves it. The price is reasonable for what you get. We considered building one ourselves, but with the difficulty in getting parts and the cost of buying everything separately, this seemed like the better deal. It is also a computer we can continue to upgrade over time.

Awesome build! Love the system and super easy to setup and start gaming. Only thing that I had to do that was ensure that my RAM sticks were fully seated into the motherboard. No crazy incorrect wiring or missing components. The only thing that I found a bit disturbing was that the mouse that was included was placed *inside* the desktop during shipping. There was foam cutouts inside the desktop to ensure that the GPU did not snap off and then the shipper tossed a boxed mouse into the interior of the desktop to bounce around against the fans, ram sticks, and motherboard during the shipping process. No issues so far as a result, but it was a bit alarming. A lot of the components are descriptive but do not say who the manufacturer was. For clarification the components on my build bought during a Black Friday Sale: GPU - Zotac Gaming RTX 3070 Motherboard - Asus Prime Z690-P (M2 PCIe4.0) RAM - TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16

Excellent compute. The graphics are amazing plus the speed is really fast. I've been playing GOW and the game never freezes and I had no trouble with it. I would highly recommend.

So far the PC rungs great. WoW looks and runs amazing and max settings. I get 120-180 FPS. no lag or stuttering. Ill install some steam games later but I suspect this will run everything really well. Got this after I returned my Alienware R12. That was having heating issues and so far this seems to be running nice and cool thanks to the liquid cooling. The case has lots of vents and the side opens up for easy access to the internals. Looks to be pretty easy to upgrade later on. So far im happy with the purchase.

Performs very well for the price. For 1080p gaming, this will do everything that you throw at it flawlessly. Upgraded the RAM to 64 GB’s (definitely overkill but I wanted to do it anyway), however I would HIGHLY recommend getting a different keyboard. The mouse is pretty good, but the keyboard is white only and has a constant slow strobe that in my experience so far can’t be adjusted. You can barely see the actual letters on the key caps too when it lights up. The volume wheel on it is nice, but I can’t deal with how it strobes. Maybe just me, but I feel like I should mention it. Overall though, great pc especially to start with. This is actually my first pc

Ok, OOTB one of the LED lights wasn’t connected, easy fix. This is a surprisingly great pc. This was for my son, who is just getting into pc gaming, so I wanted something that would handle all the games he plays on the Xbox, but not a wallet buster. I really didn’t expect this pc to be THIS good, but it really is. We’ve had it for a year, and it’s solid. ZERO issues. I did upgrade the RAM, glad I did. Great pc!

I got this tower for my 1st gaming set up and thus far is absolutely awesome. I like how fast it is, how easy it was to set up and everything that comes with it. Has a bunch of ports, the lights and the temper glass are an absolute bonus. The instructions were straight forward and very easy to follow. The liquid cooling system is great and for those that are looking to play COD and or any new game, I would absolutely recommend this tower.

Just picked up from Best Buy yesterday, PC is super easy to set up, no bloat installed, and runs like a charm. I read reviews of high temps and parts not working. Only a day in but ran some benchmarks, while the temps are not ice cold they are not 95 degrees like people say, max in 3D mark was 75 on the gpu and 65 on the cpu. First PC I haven't built myself and I am very happy with it. Will update if anything goes wrong as I did read about things breaking 10 months in. If you are like me and want a new PC but no longer have time or want to build one, I highly recommend this for the price. PS if you did buy this and are wondering why the lights are not working, open up the back panel and plug the 3 connectors into the controller, then hit the arrow button on top of the case to change the lights.
