My husband loves this computer so far. Only issue was the tempered glass shattered so easy when his brother dropped it while putting it together.Wish it was a little more durable. But beside that, so far it is what he needs to do his editing for photography

Amazing Computer. The system came with the exact specs listed. It even had 2 fans at the top of the system to help with keep the internal temperatures low. I upgraded from an older system with a GTX 1080 and the RTX gets up to triple the framerate in some games. Many people have had concerns with overheating, but thankfully that has not been an issue for me, but it is something to consider when making your purchase.

A lot of issues with this computer. Half the time my my screensaver is a blank blue screen. Bluetooth is absolute crap! My controller are contstantly disconnecting. 70% of the time it reads headphones and mics as something else. I genuinely feel I will need a new computer soon. What crap. The computer runs hot even in the winter with a fan. Very bad design for air flow and it feels like they put in cheap parts with hood parts.

Works great. I use it for graphic design and play on i racing. It does anything i need to do quickly!

Great gaming PC for the price, RGB lighting is appealing and cable management was well done.

Computer nice beautiful excellent easy to use Faster

Products side panel was damaged on arrival instead of immediately returning the product I attempted to contact customer service to no avail. The system functioned fine aside from that tempered glass for about a day or so until while gaming the fans began to throttle at odd every 10 seconds at an odd interval then turn back down I checked and the GPUs temperature was 85 degree c (extremely hot) I figured that I cannot modify the cooling as it will void my manufacturers warranty. However a few days go by and I decide to buy a new desk setup once I assemble everything and the rig my whole setup, No signal to the display port I can’t even get display to my monitor now I’m stuck here with with a pretty LED paper weight I paid $3000 for it seems like everyday this pc has another issue or just annoyance that you wouldn’t expect from a product of this price. I will almost certainly be returning this production. It’s been almost 2 weeks and customer service has not even responded about my side panel it’s frankly quite pitiful.

Great prebuilt pc for the price! Runs like a dream and is one of the quietest computers I've had. I will honestly say I was a bit skeptical because of the price but now I am pleasantly surprised. I am only slightly sad at the fact that you can't use discs.

Great product, everything about the whole process was easy as pie. It came with all the right parts. I haven't had it long, but it seems that the cpu might get a bit hot at times, other than that it is truly just amazing.

Pretty much as expection. Win11 and wireless adapter are not that perfect.

Buying experience via BB was great and simple. CyberPowerPC game as ordered and all working in top notch parameters/spec's. Very very pleased with the product and all features, great gaming computer.
