Brand new computer with FAULTY PARTS

Within a week of use, the cooling agent broke causing the computer to overheat and lag, 2 months later, the graphics card randomly stopped working. We went from playing a video game one minute and then 1 hour later the display was gone. I am convinced this computer was made with faulty parts and for almost $3000 this is completely unacceptable.

Avoid buying from Cyber Power
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer has really nice specs but I've bought and returned 3 in the last month alone and they all had major problems. The first one had problems within a week of use, not sure if it was coil whine or a fan was broken. cheapest option was to return and get a new one. (Best Buy suggested) The second one seemed to be a refurbished and I sent it back immediately. I thought maybe 3rd time is the charm but definitely not. They sent me the 3rd and it came in the box upside down broken. not UPS fault, Cyber Powers. CyberPower is a joke and I would avoid these guys at all cost. Waste of time, gas and money.

DO NOT BUY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer took over a week to arrive, ONLY TO FAIL TO START. I have followed the instructions for the setup, plugged it in with the power cord and there is power on the PC with no booting and display. It may be an issue with a damaged hard drive. The casing in the rear part of the PC was done with an inadequate panel, which prevents USB plugs to insert into their ports. Customer service at CyberPowerPC has been quite terrible so far. If they do not take measures to fix this problem by replacing the computer with a new one, I am going to refund the product.

VGA Light

Even if I took the Graphics Card out the light would not go away.

Way Too Slow

I thought SSD's were supposed to be fast but this things is soooo slow! It takes forever to search through files and doing simple video editing really taxes it. It's horrible! Even putting together PowerPoint displays seems to slow it. I bought a gaming computer not because I game but because I wanted as much speed as possible, but this is very slow.

Ordered computer 3 times and none worked.

I took it back and got a replacement sent to me. It did not work either. I then exchanged it for a different brand and it also did not work. Now I am waiting (2 more weeks) for someone from your tech team to come and look at it to see if there is anything to be done or do I try ordering a fourth computer.

Litteral dream
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've heard the horror stories about this PC and the cooling, however, when mine came i was expecting the worst. I was surprised when i opened it and it came with 6 fans, the AIO on top, a rear exhaust, and three on the front for intake. This makes the airflow run really well for me. Combined with the RTX 3080 (mine came with EVGA) and 32 gigs of ram, this pc is 100% worth every penny in my opinion. however, I might've just gotten lucky. Hopefully, your's comes the same way mine did
