Excellent computer amazing with every game I throw at it. Super fast load times, super fast drives. Cool cooling and some neon lights to boot. Very Happy with my purchase.

I was surprised at how big the whole pc case is but i love it. Runs beautiful. I even added upgrades to it and now i have a superior pc.

Got my pc a few weeks ago and has ran amazing, and I have had zero issues with it, 10/10 recommend.

The PC runs smoothly with everything set up and ready to go once you unbox it. I got no issues running any games.

I bought it and I couldn't be happier at the beginning then I found out the windows doesn't have the basic apps (calculator, photo viewer....etc), so I tried downloading them through the windows app store, but windows store is not found either.... I reset the PC... nothing, tried every solution on the web, nothing.... went back to best buy and tried to replace it with the same brand and spec... and the problem is there too... at this point, I had to return it cause I can't work with it, and I'm not spending another extra $200 for a brand new windows..

After much review and consultation with "people in the know".. we went with this set up for our son's first Gaming PC. The quality and value were too great to pass up. Being technochallenged has not kept us from getting this set up and our son having a great time with his new system. The room for expansion was also a significant positive for us when making this decision.

I'm very satisfied with my new desktop. It performs up to my expectations.

Only reason I give a 4 star was because the original one I had bought was giving me problems with my display, so I had to take it in store and the people there decided to just give me a new one. My replacement came in the next day, so I was happy with that. So, far it's not giving me any problems unlike last time. There's really nothing much for me to say because this is my first time, I am purchasing a gaming pc, but it was an easy set up.

I originally wrote a review giving this PC 4 stars. I am now reducing it to 2 stars. After a couple of months, the power supply fan started making noise and shaking. Otherwise the computer worked fine. I talked with Cyberpower tech support, really expecting them to send me a new power supply, given that it's only $80 on Amazon and they could hear the problem through the phone. No, their solution is to send the power supply back to them in California (at my expense) and have their techs diagnose it and repair or replace. Meanwhile, of course, I'm out a computer. Returning the entire computer for warranty work to BestBuy is an option, of course I'd be out a computer for a while. I ended up buying a quality power supply replacing the cheap unit. Still, a good fast computer but I shouldn't have to go through this.

This pc was the best investment I made I have never seen my games play this smooth
