This was a Christmas presant and i cannot get the tower to connect to the monitor. I keep getting the message no single on the monitor. Yes i do have it connected to the correct ports which i tried the display ports and HDMI ports which i also made sure the cables were not damaged. I checked to make sure the correct imput source was selected. I also tried to connect it to another monitor and received the same message. I did check both monitors with a laptop and they connect with no problem so the monitors do work. I did check to make sure there are no loose or disconnected wires inside the tower due to shipping. I am very disappointed and I do have an appointment to have it looked at. I am still undecided if i will return this computer or wait to see what the tech says. If i wait until a tech looks at the tower and it is an easy fix i will update my review. I did do a search and i see this is a common issues with Cyberpower computers so i am very torn because who wants to pay money for something that you can’t use and may have continued issues.

There are good things about this computer, but there are many more things that are bad. The good: It is aesthetically very pleasing. The RGB components seem to have good quality LEDs and the cables seem to be managed well (in the visible areas). The case is also pleasant to look at. It is also packaged very well. It shipped in the case box and packed with soft foam. It also has the hardening foam inside the case to keep the gfx card from being too stressed during shipping. Choice of components seem to be good (on the surface) when it comes to expanability. The bad: Out of the box this PC is not a great experience to use. Once you get loaded into Windows 11, you're immediately met with popups from the pre-installed gigabyte software for the motherboard. Pre-installed software isn't the issue, it's the fact that it spams you until you interact. A mistake I made was interacting with these. One piece of software called control center offered the ability to update your drivers with one click. Nice! Well, this led to instability and blue screens post updates. Not a problem, I'll just re-install windows from the local recovery partition. Well now my USB ports frequently disconnects. Sometimes they'll reconnect after a few minutes, other times I have to hard reset my computer to get functionality back. And if you don't hard reset, the USB ports still won't work even in bios which means it's an issue with the USB controller on the mobo or the chipset. Alright let me flash my bios with the most current stable release. Still issues. Let me install a 30 dollar pcie USB card. That fixed it. The USB controller on the MOBO is just easily overwhelmed on a computer that's work more than some cards. Great. Next I need to install some software that's only available from the windows store. No windows store. This might be a plus for some people, but not for me. Some software like iCloud and EarTrumpet are only available on windows store. Okay now let me try to re-install the windows store. Powershell script you'd normally use doesn't work. Built in store troubleshooter doesn't work. Restarting the windows service for installing the store, doesn't work. The only way I found to install the store was to go into the Xbox app, goto settings and they said required services for this app to were missing. From there I could install it when admin powershell wouldn't. for some reason. So now I have the windows store. cool. So let's review what I had to do to make this computer stable and able to be usable for daily uses for myself. Uninstall gigabyte software that would auto update to unstable drivers Re-install windows twice to repair instability Flash the BIOS to repair instability update drivers to be on the proper stable channels Install a $30 dollar USB 3.0 card Install the Xbox app to install the windows store, then uninstall the xbox app Easy! But seriously, I would stay away from this computer if you're not a tinkerer or someone with experience troubleshooting PC and stability issues

I've always wanted to own any desktop with a 30 series GPU, as I was finally able to. This desktop would be really terrific for my 1440p gaming and even 4k gaming. With this GPU I will be able to run every game i play at 1440p on ultra settings with a stunning 120 fps+. Thank you Cyberpower for achieving my dream pc.

Got this as a birthday gift. Upgraded from a 2nd gen/ddr3 ram build. The wire management is great and was ready to go right out of the box without any issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking at an affordable new build that will keep up with every game out there
