The purchase experience from Bestbuy was awesome. The pc came to the store on time well packaged. The setup process was easy. This is a very powerful gaming PC that cyberpower builds. The computer chais is solid, the assembly is beautiful. Will look to see how it works in the future.

I purchased my new CYBERPOWER PC from best buy, and while my first one came in damaged, the replacement was provided promptly and without fault. I truly love this PC and it's not only quiet but fast. I highly recommend!

This computer has a very quick and easy setup. Log into windows, and you're done! Not only that, but it does great for the price!!! I would recommend this to anybody looking for a good computer to start gaming.

A very fast machine that has exceeded all my expectations. It loads very fast and has handled all my games with flying colors. I'm very happy with it!

After owning one for barely half a year, I can safely say after many attempts to fix issues that arose with this machine, that I either got a lemon or Bestbuy or CyberPower are charlatans. For a 2k PC it arrived with a misaligned IO shield which was mashing or crushing many of the plugins for the motherboard and the BIOS button, which is a relative big no no. After taking the IO shield off I had relatively no issues but about 3 months in of owning it it started frequently freezing when gaming and sometimes even crashing the OS, after 4 trips to a repair center, a Bestbuy store location, emails, and phone calls with CyberPower themselves, nothing has fix any of the issues that have arised with this model. I tried to be patient and give benefit of doubt but after this it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel extremely cheated by the retailer and brand and I sorely wish I ha't spent 2k on this hot garbage.

I almost gave a 4 star because the AC cord was bent when I unboxed it but Best Buy guys generously replaced it since I had just unboxed it. But it looks awesome and feels powerful. Quick start Guide is Very easy to follow and set up. There are little nitpicky things like my mouse (from this set) already squeaking, but I didn't buy this for the mouse. It feels powerful enough to handle my aniamtiong/art programs so I'm pumped.

It’s very good and well priced. I play all of the main big games on here and it handles them extremely well.

This is literally the best deal ever for the price. RTX 4070 is screaming fast, especially paired with the i7 processor. Had no trouble running Unreal Engine 5 for game development. Also, the HDD that is included is faster than I expected! Will definitely keep this PC until I run it into the ground.

This purchase was my second from CyberPowerPC, and like the first, it arrived without any damage and no glitches upon startup. I ordered and picked it up from Best Buy to improve my chances of receiving the computer w/o damage, and it worked. Purchased it to upgrade graphics and processor and wasn't disappointed. My only (slight) problem is figuring out Windows 11, but I'll get used to it. Excellent machine!

Man I’m using this build right now so good I have another cyberpower build which was my first o then I got this one which is better then I have my super 4090 build which is the so good this 4070 build and my 4090 build I love so much I currently use the 4070 rn for gaming on tarkov and it has the best graphics and frames available

I actually ordered an Alienware PC first... then got home and did all the comparisons. I returned the Alienware the next morning and switched to CyberPower. Every spec was better, across the board, for $100 less. Highly recommend

This Gaming PC is just amazing. It runs super good. The fans are not too loud and the lighting is amazing. It came with useful peripherals which was amazing. I've so far had no problems. The aesthetics of the PC is also sleek and amazing.

This thing is a monster! Running Diablo 4 on ultra without any problems. Loving this thing so far and would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality prebuild!
