Straight to BIOS - no help

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is an issue that causes it to go straight into bios, supposedly it is common with CyberPower PCs I read online. It will start Windows only after I had opened it and mess around with the wires then reboot it like 3-4 times, but it isn’t always guaranteed. I am not sure if there is a pin to the hard drive or mother board that is not connecting but no one from my local Best Buy store knows what to do or even wants to help me just because I didn’t buy the Geek Squad service. So I decided to return the entire unit and go somewhere else.

ITS BEEN A MISERABLE EXPIERIENCE

Bad purchase

Doesn’t connect with my monitor properly. Often crashes randomly. Fans are very loud also. It’s unplayable for gaming for me often… be careful when buying best bang for buck products cause sometimes the results are quite frustrating.

Great PC, would buy again

Looking constantly on YouTube and even checking local stores to see inventory. Finally coming across this pc was honestly my savior. It has everything I need and so much more, a tab bit overkill for what I do, but being a college student, I'm sure I'll get my use out of it for the next couple years.
