I bought it a month ago, and the PC met my expectations. The only issue I have now is the mouse disconnections. But the crew of Cyberpower PC will help me as always.

There is an issue that causes it to go straight into bios, supposedly it is common with CyberPower PCs I read online. It will start Windows only after I had opened it and mess around with the wires then reboot it like 3-4 times, but it isn’t always guaranteed. I am not sure if there is a pin to the hard drive or mother board that is not connecting but no one from my local Best Buy store knows what to do or even wants to help me just because I didn’t buy the Geek Squad service. So I decided to return the entire unit and go somewhere else.

I probably would have loved this computer except that it was dead upon arrival. Had to return it and now awaiting a new computer.

Off brand graphics card. Cheap parts throughout. Stuttering since day one.

Computer broke within 3 months of purchase pretty much. Doesn’t connect with my monitor properly. Often crashes randomly. Fans are very loud also. It’s unplayable for gaming for me often… be careful when buying best bang for buck products cause sometimes the results are quite frustrating.

Everything is working fine but the processor is a fraud it showed me 3.40 rather than 5.4 GHz

This PC is great, had absolutely no issues setting it up and it performs as promised. I get ~250 frames in Baldurs Gate 3 on 4k for a benchmark.

I've never built a computer before and even though I'm familiar with PC parts I still leaned towards something that was prebuilt. Looking constantly on YouTube and even checking local stores to see inventory. Finally coming across this pc was honestly my savior. It has everything I need and so much more, a tab bit overkill for what I do, but being a college student, I'm sure I'll get my use out of it for the next couple years.

Great Computer really glad about my purchase. It's my first pc so wasn't sure how it was going to go with the setup but instructions are straightforward and didn't turn out so bad. It is visually eye appealing and runs smoothly.

This PC is an absolute beast. Handles all moderate and heavy apps with ease! The keyboard that it comes with is also amazing.

I love how its cheap, but has a great quality build. Perfect for runing games like call of duty with 145 FPS. Recommended.

I got this computer for gaming with my husband it works great for all the games we play the only problem is I'm not able to get the computer to change the RGB light color.
