So far I like it, surprisingly better than I expected. An occasional Geforce error but that could be an app issue. Just have to uninstall and redownload. Plan to buy a second one for my son. Not bad at this price point, Runs the few games I play on high settings without trouble.

Not bad for a prebuilt PC. Looks great and works awesome for gaming and productivity. Only downside was the builder did not run wires from the AIO properly. They wrapped wires around the hoses which looked sloppy. The rear fan had a screw hole stripped and the heat sink for the ssd drive was missing.

It’s my first gaming Pc and it runs well! Runs my games and streams without lags or stutters. Really good for the price. I was told this Pc is a beast and it really is. I added another 32gb of ram and it made performance a bit better. I love the RGB this Pc has. The Pc looks absolutely beautiful, I can’t get enough of it. Also keyboard and mouse’s aren’t always great when included with Pc’s this keyboard and mouse works amazing!! Really good response rate with the games I’ve played with which are fps games. The mouse feels super comfortable once used to the grip of the mouse since at first it was a bit slippery. Overall super good Pc if you are looking to start streaming, any game, and school work!

However, when I open it there was I think a different catalog because it says I have to open a screws that is on the door and then slide it so I can take the white thing. And when I searched on YouTube it was more clear I have to open it it toward me there is no screws I have to open as the catalog says. I also saw that there was a couple tapes on the bottom of the box I’m not sure if it is open and returned it or what.

I purchased this computer to replace an aging one I had. My original idea was to build one, but after pricing up all the components this computer gave me more bang for my buck at less money. Set up was a breeze and the computer is super quiet. Definitely a great purchase. As for Best Buy customer service, that was abysmal. Received notice the computer was shipping but it never showed up on the delivery date. Contacted Best Buy twice and they said it was definitely out for delivery. Contacted them a third time in the evening to find out I was lied to the first two times as they didn't even have the computer in stock. And it is impossible to talk to someone in the US. I was told multiple times Best Buy no longer has US based customer service. I would definitely buy a Cyberpower again, just never from Best Buy.

Really pleased with this PC. I was looking for a solid all-arounder to get started with PC gaming and casual streaming. After doing research, decided to go for a prebuilt PC. This gets the job done without any noticeable performance issues. It was easy to setup in an afternoon.

Super easy to set up as a newbie to the PC/microsoft world. and its really fast just what i was looking for. Very excited for beginning my "career" as a PC user! Ordering from Best Buy was def the move since I got a few free extra items included with my purchase, which I appreciate. Super convenient that I was able to pick up my PC on the same day too.

Didn't expect this pc to be this good because of how great the price was, but when it arrived it looked better than in the pictures! Super easy to set up and powerful enough to run games smoothly.

A solid choice for people who are either new to the PC scene or are looking for an upgrade! Cyberpower also offered some nice things such as a free mousepad, Xbox live gamepads ultimate, and some other neet things! Would 100% recommend!

This is my second cyberpower pc and so far i am in love great speeds looks great and would definitely recommended it to anyone who would be looking for a not at the bottom pc but not breaking the bank

Loving it so far! I got this PC for my birthday. I finally upgraded after having a gaming laptop for about 5 years. I do not regret it. This machine can run my games with ease including Sims 4 with about 100 GB of mods at the highest settings (trust me guys, Sims 4 can fry your machine). I'm so happy with my purchase! The only thing I dislike is the bluetooth antennas- but it's minimal and I hardly have to adjust them.

I don't have a technical review. My only complaint is I had to buy a disk drive separately. It's fast and very easy to navigate. My daughter games and loves it. My husband wanted this computer for making music. Also, he wanted to build and I wanted a computer ready to use that week. The price point was good and the entire family is pleased so far.

Very nice, very quiet, easy to clean, speedy and powerful... just what I ordered (literally!)

I've only had it for a few weeks now but so far, this rig is performing admirably. I haven't really put it through its paces yet as I don't play many high-end, GPU-intensive games. I did get it at a slight sale so that added to its value. Plus I threw in a 2nd 2TB M2 drive to use for media (video, music, etc.) (Note: there were no additional screws and hardware included so I had to scramble to find a screw to hold down the new drive, so, fair warning.) Minor quibbles involve the ASRock lighting software (needs more options, slow to start, currently seems to only light up when my headphones are plugged in, RAM lighting and fan lighting are separate, etc.). Also, it doesn't seem to integrate well with the Logitech's G-Hub software. But hopefully many of these issues will be addressed in future updates of both software programs. (The included mouse and keyboard are very nice, but I am a Logitech fan for the most part and did replace them, but at least I'll have them for backups when/if needed.)

I recently got this pc and I have to say it’s an absolute powerhouse. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality build. The sleek RGB-lit case not only looks stunning but also provides excellent airflow to keep the system cool during intense gaming sessions.

Great PC would recommend to others. Easy to set up and easy to transfer all my data from previous PC nice cooling system never have an issue.

I’m not very knowledgeable of pcs this is my first ever one I asked the guy at Best Buy about it and he told me it’s a great pc and honestly it is I play lots of games like sims 4 and other big games and it’s amazing I love how I change the colors on it and 2 tb it’s amazing
