I finally got a gaming PC. Ive been on consoles since the late 90s. The graphics and frame rate are amazing on here. Set up and installation was easy. I would definitely recommend.

    Does the job

Great computer, not the absolute best PC possible, but a really solid unit. The button to modify the built in lights is no longer functional, apparently has something to do with the software. Had to return to first one I bought due to a poorly installed IO shield that blocked all of the ports on the back of the PC. The problem was fixable, but I didn't want to have to take apart a computer I just bought. There was no problem switching it out for one that didn’t have any defects at the store. Best Buy did good by me, but whoever made the computer probably needs better quality control. If you're looking for a slightly better than average PC for a decent price then this one will do the job. I would wait for a discounted price though, since the normal price is slightly above the cost of just building it yourself, but with a few hundred off it becomes an even better bang for your buck.

We bought out first CyberPowerPC in 2015. This is a replacement for that machine. (The old machine still works, but the motherboard won't allow for an upgrade to Windows 11.) This isn't the top of power and speed, but it serves us well: we game (KCD, Skyrim, BG3) and it has handled the games without any trouble. Our daughter runs Blender with no trouble, and some of her other art programs. Overall, a great pc.

Very easy setup. Runs games that I like to play very well. Comes with a RGB keyboard and mouse. I couldn't really ask for more for the price.

W pogger PC, id buy 1,599 more of these PCs for my family, we live in a trailer park and we keep spending our monthly paychecks on toasters for the kids to stick their fingers in, this is way better and the kids can use propellers to fly to antartica and fight polar bears and djungelskogs in the wild whilst singing guitar tunes while chugging sugar milk. Absolute Nightmare - Don't purchase from Best Buy

Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

**TL;DR: Computer needs added purchases to work properly. Best Buy customer service is terrible, would not recommend buying from here. ** The computer itself is fine - though you do likely need to purchase an additional wifi adapter, the one included randomly disables itself about once a day and cannot be re-enabled without a restart. So, expect another $50-100 to accommodate for that. Other than that, don't ever buy from Best Buy's website. I purchased the PC, it said it'd deliver in 2 days (there were 2 in the nearest store, but last time I relied on that, I went to the store and they said they didn't have it and the counts listed online are not accurate). Day of delivery, I get an e-mail stating that the delivery is delayed with no known delivery date. I needed it by the date expected, so I reached out to support and asked to get more information. They said they couldn't provide any and all I could do was wait until the package, possibly, arrived, and accept it or reject it. If I didn't get it in 2 weeks, it would automatically refund and cancel my order. The e-mail said I could either cancel or switch to in-store pickup, but those options were blocked online. I asked the representative to do it for me, but they said it was blocked for them as well. As I needed it by a certain day, I went into my local store and bought the same PC. I then reached out to support again asking that they make sure the other PC isn't shipped, as the tracking had updated showing it was still at the factory and not yet sent out. They said there was nothing they could do, and that they aren't allowed to contact the shipping company to hold deliveries. I was just trying to save them the money to ship, but fine. I asked them to verify that if I simply rejected delivery, that I wouldn't get charged. They said that was true. Next day, the package was attempted to be delivered. I rejected it, it was marked as received, and my card was charged. I reached back out to support for a third time, asking to speak to a manager to escalate, as now I've been charged for the second PC when they explicitly said I wouldn't be upon rejection. They said all they could do was wait until the PC came back, then they'd process my refund in <2 weeks, and I'd get the money back in another <2 weeks - so up to a month of a second PC's charge that they assured me multiple times wouldn't occur. While speaking with the manager, they said they would go ahead and process my refund in advance of receiving the package due to the issues - as they're all at the fault of Best Buy. It would take 2 days to process the request, then the refund would process - so likely a week or two instead of a month to receive my funds back. 9 days went by and they never processed the refund. So, as expected, the manager blatantly lied just to get me out of the conversation. It wasn't until the PC got back to the factory - which they mixed up again, as I could see in the tracking they sent it from my home, 3/4 of the way back to the factory, back to near my home town, then finally back to the factory. Overall, they likely spent >$100 in shipping costs that they could have avoided if the representatives had just contacted the shipper before it went out, as requested. Overall, purchased a PC, got lied to by 3 different representatives, spent hours of my time trying to get them to solve the issues and assured it would be, only for it to go through the normal process after >2 weeks of having funds held that never should have been charged in the first place. So, if you can get this computer elsewhere, or maybe just go pick it up in store, it's an okay computer after you add another Wifi adapter. But if you want $1650 held in escrow for 2-4 weeks just for fun, sure, buy from the website.

Pc runs smooth, it’s quiet, and gets the job done. We did have to return this item and get a new one 3 different times as the first 2 had problems with them.

I've had a whole day with my machine and have put it through it's paces. It has been really solid so far and running exceptionally well. I thoroughly enjoy the openness inside the case that help both with cooling and expansion/upgrade readiness. I will enjoy this computer for many years to come! Monster Hunter Wilds will never look so good!

I ugraded from a decent laptop to this PC to mainly do animation work. I have been using Maya, blender, and just now started using unreal. With my laptop crashing would happen every now and then and it could barely run unreal on medium settings. Now with this PC I can run both my animation program and unreal at the same time with unreal being at max settings. I have also used this PC to do some gaming and it runs higher end games on high to max settings. Overall I'm extremely glad I went with this PC over other options and would gladly recommend this to others.
