Nearly top of the line. Worked perfect out of the box. Super fast and crisp. GPU is a beast, and runs everything at max settings. Even Star Citizen runs super smooth at max settings, and doesn't even struggle to stay cool. My only gripe is that the keyboard was missing from the box, but that's a minor issue. I'm giving 4 stars because of the keyboard; otherwise, this would be five star.

I got this PC on 02/23/24 and i been doing all types of tests and it passed with no problems. The only problem is that the mouse came broken, they should use more protection in the shipping box but personally I dont use wire mouse so im not worry about it. Its a great PC highly recommended.

This computer was a good deal and arrived quickly. Everything worked great out of the box and I've had no issues running games like Alan Wake 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 at max settings with RT on.

if you pay attention to low rating scores they only complain about not having a keyboard or mouse , mine came complete, this pc is a BEAST !!!!!!!!!!!! . I added 4TB NVME M.2 pci4 for more storage. This works well for my video editing software, Video games ( it detects ultra settings as default) and all of the above!!!! I love the fact that it has a 1000watt PSU so its future proof incase i want to upgrade my graphics card in the future. Dont worry about an i9, i wanted one but in reality if you do heavy work you wont even use the whole i9 cpu chip. This already has 20cores compare to a 24core i9 .

I purchased this computer and the first one that arrived had a bad GPU. It's not the end of the world, stuff happens in shipping. So, I brought it to Best Buy - they suggested a return and repurchase. I did exactly that. The new one arrived today - out of the box it works perfectly! I am VERY happy with this computer. My games are all installed and it plays Star Citizen, Cyberpunk, Baldur's Gate, etc beautifully! I highly recommend.

Love this new computer! Bought this as my previous build has some issues so I had to upgrade and the setup was super easy. Literally just took it out of the box and turned on and was ready to go! Gaming has been great and looks awesome with the 4080 super. Only thing I need now is to upgrade my monitor to 4k. Overall extremely happy!

First computer was dead dont power up. Returned and second computer been working fine for two weeks

made a weird water sound a week in bringing it back to get checked

My first time buying a pc. I was hyped for it but unfortunately it didnt turn on, the cable management was horrendous and would not advice to buy it. Its a waste of time and money and another thing, one of the cables was jammed in and almost broken.

Got this pc and my first one had no display and red lights on the motherboard. Brought to best buy for return and re purchase and the second one had the same issues.

I gave them one last shot, motherboard was dead on arrival, stay away from cyberpower pc. Thank you best buy for having such amazing customer service!

This PC is great. It looks awesome and has a ton of power.
